The Last of Us Part 2 Remasteredlaunched for PC on Thursday, finally bringing the acclaimed 2020 action-adventure title to the platform, and it seems to have got off to a decent start with its new audience. As per SteamDB, on its PC launch day,The Last of Us Part 2 Remasteredsaw a peak of 23,350 concurrent players on Steam. Those arent necessary groundbreaking numbers, but presumably, they will continue to rise over the games first weekend. In comparison,The Last of Us Part 1has a peak of 36,496 concurrent Steam players. It should be interesting to see whether its sequel can surpass it. One area where it has got off to a decidedly better start is its reception.
