AMD RX 9070 and 9070 XT priced at $549 and $599 (USD), launch March 6

The $599 9700 XT could even challenge Nvidia's $749 pricing for its RTX 5070 Ti, as long as AMD has managed to deliver performance that can challenge both of these RTX 50-series cards.Click to expand...Click to shrink...Are we back, chat PatitolocoMemberOct 27, 201727,331Not the worst price, AMD has not gone ga-ga as they usually do! Also, that internal $50 difference is strange. Why would anyone ever buy the 9070? Of all the shitty things nvidia does, they at least offer a substantial price difference between their MSRP tiers. Who would buy a 5070 if it was $50 or $100 different from a 5070ti?KugaThe FallenOct 25, 20172,526The 9700 XT price is solid, but the 9700's doesn't make much sense in comparison. AMD must really want to upsell the XT because there's no price/performance reason to not get the XT version for $50 more. It makes me wonder if the yields for these chips are good enough that they don't have as many with defective CUs so they're producing fewer 9700 and want to steer more people towards the 9700 XT.DustC H A O SMemberOct 25, 201740,055True battle will be availability at these prices.
