Emma, as shown in the Hellfire Gala trailer, marches onto Krakoa’s battlefield and hosts the yearly mutant celebration until Ultron disrupts the party. Frost, known for her telepathic abilities and diamond-hard resistance, adds a new element to the lineup by combining ranged psychic beams and melee brawling. Her introduction has fans buzzing, especially with her stunning X-Revolution skin, which will soon be made available for 1600 units. Season 2 also includes a new Krakoa Domination map, a Flowers of Krakoa Battle Pass, and redesigned Team-Ups, such as a mind-bending trio with Magneto and Psylocke that creates illusory replicas to confuse enemies. Emma’s Vanguard kit promises versatility, with the potential to shield allies as well as disrupt opponents. Her twin forms—human and diamond—allow her to adapt to any combat situation, whether she’s shooting psychic beams or fighting in close quarters. However, one ability in particular has already piqued the community’s interest: Carbon Crush, where she grabs and slams enemies and is designed to block opposing ultimates, thwarting even the most planned schemes. Emma Frost can block these Marvel Rivals hero ults using Carbon Crush ability Emma Frost, when she’s in her diamond form, can use a different moveset than her human form, which makes her a unique Vanguard in Marvel Rivals Season 2. While the ability, when paired with a Crystal Kick, can insta-kill enemies, players are already using it to block enemy ultimates and can completely stop them from even initiating it. A video clip shared on X by ZeroWontMiss shows the hero ults she can stop and save their team from. While there isn’t every ult that she can stop or block, here are the hero ults she is shown to stop effectively: Venom’s Feast of the Abyss Psylocke’s Dance of the Butterfly Loki’s God of Mischief Star-Lord’s Galactic Legend Iron Man’s Invincible Pulse Cannon Human Torch’s Supernova Scarlet Witch’s Reality Erasure Hawkeye’s Hunter’s Sight Spider-Man’s Spectacular Spin Black Widow’s Electro-Plasma Explosion Storm’s Omega Hurricane Peni Parker’s Spider-Sweeper Magik’s Darkchild Black Panther’s Bast’s Descent The Thing’s Clobberin’ Time Groot’s Strangling Prison Doctor Strange’s Eye of Agamotto Iron Fist’s Living Chi Cloak and Dagger’s Eternal Bond All you need to do to stop any of the above ults is to make sure you’re within 5 meters of the enemy and have a Diamond Form and Carbon Crush ability stored. As soon as you’re near an enemy who’s initiating their ult, just instantly switch to Diamond Form and grab them using the Carbon Crush. Then, deploy a Mind’s Aegis barrier to stop any incoming damage from their primary attacks. You can also block enemy ults with Emma Frost’s ultimate ability, Psionic Seduction, which projects a forward psychic assault that stuns foes and prevents them from unleashing their Ultimate Abilities; if the effect lingers, it gradually commandeers their mind, forcing them to move toward Emma Frost.
