Like Generation 1 and 2 not being on GB NSO is so odd since they're such iconic Game Boy games. Also, it would be nice to put the Gen 1 remakes on GBA NSO because those games aren't exactly cheap these days. Actually, every mainline Pokemon game and their remakes tend to go up in value. Just like TPC evidently blocked them from releasing the GBA Pokémon RPGs on the Wii U VC, it's not a decision that is ultimately up to Nintendo. TPC are probably unwilling to sign away the games in perpetuity forever for a pittance of a NSO subscription. It's also not because they want to remake the games. Again, these games were available on 3DS. I think it's simply that they don't need to spend the time doing it.
