I'm also one of those guys that always turns off all his systems and basically never uses sleep mode unless I'm in the middle of something and I can't save the game or something. I have an 8bitdo controller that wakes up Switch when I shake it which I find funny more than useful. Except for the Steam Deck which likes to be a pain, but that's another story. I heard about some bluetooth thing happening and that's why 3rd parties controllers won't do it either.
