Not only has Warzone's Season 3 update brought back the Verdansk map pretty much just as you remember it, but we're expecting classic games in the series to hit Game Pass any day now.Even if rumours of Modern Warfare 2 and 3 (the original ones, not the 2022 and 2023 games) being ported doesn't pan out, it's a good time to be a Call of Duty fan it seems.‌Naturally, attention will soon turn to 2025's Call of Duty entry, which is expected to be another go-around for Black Ops, acting as a sequel to 2012's (excellent) Black Ops 2 that'll be set in the near future. But that's not all.‌The update brings some Black Ops 3 vibes(Image: Sledgehammer Games / Raven Software)CoD Mobile's battle royale will also add Fortnite-aping jump pads for added verticality.‌Younger gamers might not remember the way the Call of Duty community reacted to additional movement options when Advanced Warfare debuted in 2014.That game added an exosuit which allowed for quick dodging and higher jumps, and was generally received well.
