There is a chapters for settings in this video and there are different upscaler options (don't seem to offer framegen tho). Seems like you can do 45fps with some drops which is nice. 30 lock is easy. It seemed smooth from the bits I watched. Two video reviews (one using a 3080, one using a 3080 Ti) said that it's mostly very smooth with just a couple areas that have slight stutters. Not just include a bullet point as a con and stating "occasional, bugs, stutters and crashes". Gives me some very early FSR vibes. Also performance is still shit on DLSS Quality with RTX 4090 and there is no Frame Generation. So PC performance is basically toast. Look at the DLSS registry text at the bottom left, it shouldn't look that low res/artificially upscaled. If anything that one should be crystal clear 4K. Barely 60fps while normal running.....
