R* is probably not in a position to determine whether they will hit 2025 until May-ish," he added, while also suggesting that Take-Two will be relatively hands off given their prior relationship with Rockstar. As such, don't expect the publisher to push GTA 6 out of the door just to meet a window, especially given, as Vermeij says, it will "sell for 10+ years and there is no competition to worry about."Article continues belowWill the game be delayed? We're just a few weeks from knowing for sure, but we're staying positive we'll be playing it come the end of the year.Recently, an account claimed GTA 6 is targeting a mid-November launch, which lines up nicely given Take-Two's other big-hitters are slated for August and September. For the latest breaking news and stories from across the globe from the Daily Star, sign up for our newsletters.‌‌‌
