Samsung has been heavily focused on AI initiatives this year, and the direction it is taking can be sensed with the artificial intelligence-centric upgrades it brings and the incorporation of technology in its flagship series. The South Korean tech giant also has an array of new products it has planned to roll out in 2025, which include Galaxy S25 Slim, Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7, Galaxy Ring 2, Project Moohan, and its Galaxy Tab S10 series, among many other releases. Now, the company has confirmed that an AI-powered Galaxy Tab S11 is in development, and a redesigned Galaxy Watch is also underway.
Samsung's earning call confirmed that Galaxy Tab S11 is underway and will be featuring advanced AI capabilities
There is no doubt that Samsung is aggressively approaching AI and integrating it heavily into its products as one of its key strategies to stand out from the competition and have this as its biggest selling point. The company also seems to be determined to improve the user experience and make its processes more seamless. Samsung's recent earnings call gave us a sneak peek into the products the company has in the pipeline.
During the earnings call 2025, the company's Mobile Experience division representative, Daniel Araujo, officially confirmed about two key products that we would be seeing this year. He shared that Samsung plans to release an AI-powered Galaxy Tab S11. This is the first time the company has dropped some official confirmation about the tablet. He also hinted about a redesigned Galaxy Watch that is underway and packed up with advanced health features.
Samsung did not elaborate more on the announcements and did not give away any specific details other than the possibility of seeing the Tab S11 somewhere in the second half of 2025, but it did highlight the continued emphasis it is placing on integrating AI-centric features. The company also seems to be paying heed to bringing health innovations, which can be sensed in the Galaxy Watch, which is to come with enhanced capabilities.
The Q1 2025 also announced the company's strong financial performance, which was credited to the Galaxy S25 series and its significantly reduced component costs, which led to overall improved earnings. Samsung also emphasized its goal to make AI more accessible by bringing AI features to the budget series under the Awesome Intelligence branding. There was also a hint that a new entry-level pair of wireless earbuds might also make its way this year. Samsung seems to be focused on AI-powered experience and has some great products lined up for this year.
