Really a great Pokémon game all things considered. Without a doubt ScarVi are in my top 5 Pokémon games. It obviously had some good ideas and things that are better than older entries just due to QoL over time but I can't imagine having the love for the series that I do having had these been my personal Pokémon Red/Blue. Iirc The Pokémon Company hesitated at the begining of the generation , but Switch has become a gold mine for the franchise. Regarding Scarlet/Violet, very well deserved sales. Despite technical issues, they are the most innovative, fresh and ambitious games in the franchise ever, the open world formula is the best that has ever happened to the franchise, and can't wait to see what comes next. I will never understand people claiming "the games are always the same" or "they will never do something new" considering that Pokémon switch era has been by large the most varied and experimental Pokémon has every been (Let's Go, Legends games, Scarlet/Violet). The best Pokémon era imo. I'm really curious about Scarlet/Violet free Switch 2 update. I doubt is going to be about gameshare, so I'm expecting performance upgrades.
