There have been excellent releases such as Split Fiction and Clair Obscur Expedition 33, and there are even more great games scheduled for the rest of the year, including Ghost of Yotei. While there is an assortment of games to anticipate, fans also don’t have too long to wait for Summer Game Fest 2025. This event almost always delivers great reveals and trailers, and a renowned leaker has teased “at least one” of three long-awaited major games will be at Summer Game Fest 2025. “At least one” of three major games will be at Summer Game Fest 2025 Summer Game Fest 2025 is scheduled for June 6th, and the show will once again be hosted by Geoff Keighley. So far there haven’t been any teasers for the event from the presenter, but we only have less than a month for it to happen. While there is a lack of official teasers right now, prominent leaker, NateTheHate, has just delivered a huge hint on social media. On X, the insider was asked, “can we expect big stuff at sgf? Tomb raider, project 007, wolf among us 2?”. NateTheHate responded, “At least one of those will be at SGF. Which of them would you prefer?”. It’s possible more than one could appear at the show, but right now there is just the suggestion that it will be either Tomb Raider, Project 007, or Wolf Among Us 2. All three games have been anticipated for several years. There hasn’t been a new AAA mainline Tomb Raider since Shadow back in 2018, Project 007 from IO Interactive was first teased back in 2020, and Wolf Among Us 2 has been delayed several times. It’s possible Tomb Raider could be the game to appear as a leaker who revealed open-world details for TR12 just recently claimed they “can see the announcement coming soon”. It would be fantastic to see the return of Lara Croft, but we’d be equally stoked for James Bond as well as more of the big bad wolf.
