I lost the count of Kiriko's collab skins and already a 3rd collab skin for Juno in just few months. AKI Moira and Marisa Zarya were there, as perfect candidates for this collab. I don't think this has ever been something they prioritise for the crossovers, they go by some mix of how much the character fits the OW hero aesthetically (both in gameplay and pure visual terms) and how popular the OW character is in general. Yeah I was wondering that myself when I saw Tracer as Chun-Li, like Cammy just from gameplay alone feels more Cammy to me then Chun-Li. Sucks Mei got nothing. Windowmaker Manon would have been amazing and may have convinced me to play Overwatch again... Though I'm guessing these skins are going to be either incredibly expensive or incredibly hard and grindy to get. I am pretty bummed by the total omission of SF6 newcomers and the fact that they're using the classic designs over the new ones, but I'm fucking stoked they went with so many characters. Even if Dhalsim/Blanka have low usage rates in SF6, literally everyone knows who they are and what they look like. Sort of just hard to avoid that fact. Only a few like Sakura/Juri have managed to join the SF2 characters in terms of popularity. I think Chun Li have like nearly 20 costumes in SFV; and they said Costume DLC saved SFV so I wouldn't be surprised by the fact that most of sales probably sold very well because of Chun Li.
