Following the stellar first season, the upcoming follow-up will take fans to the remains of New Vegas, but the show’s cast are already looking towards the future.  In a recent panel at Comic Con Liverpool, via The Gamer, Maximus actor Aaron Moten revealed that Amazon is already planning to keep the show going for five or six seasons. With this in mind, there’s a lot more Fallout to come.  Fallout TV show could last six seasons  Speaking at the Comic Con panel, Moten explained that he signed onto the show with the knowledge that it was planned to run for five or six seasons. After the huge success of the first run, Amazon hasn’t changed these plans.  “When I signed on to do the series, we would have a starting point, and they gave me the end point,” the actor told fans at the panel.  “That endpoint hasn’t changed, but it is season five, season six, type of endpoint,” Moten continued. “We’ve always known that we’re going to take our time with the development of the characters.” With the sheer breadth of the Fallout universe, there’s a tonne to explore in the TV series, including areas that have not been seen in an official video game. While we don’t expect the show to go Fallout London levels of wide, it would be nice to see areas that have never been explored such as Louisiana.  As Bethesda continues work on The Elder Scrolls 6, it’ll be a long while until we get any new Fallout games. (Outside of the leaked Fallout 3 Remaster that’s definitely coming out.) With Fallout 5 years and years away, it’ll be nice to see some brand-new locales in future seasons of the TV show.  Fallout Platform(s): Classic Macintosh, macOS, PC Genre(s): RPG Related Topics Subscribe to our newsletters!
