Since last year, it has been possible to summarize texts and adjust the tone of your writing in Notepad, using Microsoft’s AI tool Copilot. In the latest beta version of Notepad (11.2504.46.0), it is also possible to create new texts from a text prompt. You can then edit the document until you are satisfied. Paint will also be equipped with new AI features, including the ability to create stickers that you can use in your documents. It will also be possible to isolate and edit individual elements, which can be useful if you want to reuse parts of your drawings. Finally, the Snipping Tool will have a new AI feature to make sure your screenshots are ‘perfect.’ The latest beta versions of these apps are available to Windows Insiders in the Canary and Dev Channels on Windows 11.
