Adhere to established business development and capture processes, ensuring compliance with Federal Procurement and Business Ethics Codes. Determine necessary resources for bids and estimate effort levels. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. Develop win themes and perform competitive analyses using available intelligence. Formulate price-to-win strategies in partnership with solution architects, program managers, and other team members. Implement best practices in capture management to improve success rates. Provide executive briefings on capture status and manage concurrent capture initiatives. Represent the organization externally and gather business intelligence to inform strategies. Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams to support seamless implementation of capture strategies. Build winning industry teams that address capability gaps and meet special requirements like small business utilization. Analyze performance requirements and competitor strengths to craft effective avoidance and mitigation strategies. Ensure the development of proposals that stand out and align with strategic goals.
