That includes:Steam players will now use Steam multiplayer authentication, potentially improving connection issues significantly.Large multiplayer packets are now compressed, reducing bandwidth usage and latency.Internal optimizations to data syncing.You now need the same build number (in addition to version) to join a multiplayer server.
