Plans sent to Camden Council last week include student accommodation, 27 affordable homes and 3,325m2 of adaptable workspace in new buildings at 33-35 Jamestown Road and 211 Arlington Road.The blocks are roughly 500m to the south-west of the Roundhouse and Chalk Farm station.Drawn up for developer Regal and 4C GROUP, the scheme will replace existing light industrial buildings on the corner site with blocks up to six-storeys high around a 19th century pub that will be retained and restored.
