However, the system is completely changing next season, and Epic Games revealed all the details about it.Earlier this year, Epic made seasonal passes non-exclusive, so its no surprise that were getting another big change. Once again, this is a positive change that will benefit the community.Fortnite is removing Battle Stars from the seasonal passFor more than five years, Fortnite has used Battle Stars with its seasonal pass. These stars had different functionality over in the first five chapters but were always used for leveling up the pass. When the next chapter comes out, this will no longer be the case. Epic Games is moving away from Battle Stars to make the progression system simpler and more effective. With the release of the Remix season, Epic enabled progression across multiple modes. Thanks to this, it is now possible to level up in Fortnite Festival, LEGO Fortnite, and Battle Royale at the same time. The next chapter will take this a step further by completely removing Battle Stars. Festival Points were also removed with Chapter 2 Remix, while Studs will be gone in Chapter 6 as well.Fortnite Chapter 6 will bring many changes.
