Here we are going to work on how to use hitboxes on weapon and how to accurately determine the contact point of the mesh and weapon as the character perform the attacks. Earlier we were using distance based hit detection system through the attack gameplay ability and now we are going to try a hitbox based hit detection system to see if we can get more accurate results.
