Four years prior to his death, Mr. Dart hired the local architectural firm ofStone, Carpenter & Willson, to design this single-family residence, which employs Shingle and Queen Anne detailing under a two-story gambrel roof with overhanging eaves sheltering recessed porches and bay windows.
