😍🥰 A huge congratulations to the artists, producers and technologists whose work on Rocket Raccoon helped us take home the Outstanding Animated Character In A Photoreal Feature award at last night’s prestigious Visual Effects Society awards ceremony. Following last week’s Annie Awards win, this is the second major, peer-voted award we’ve taken home for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. These wins speak to the power of our nuanced, best-in-class animation work that helps reframe what the artform is capable of. Congratulations once again to the Guardians team, and to our newest VES winners Nathan McConnel, Andrea De Martis, Antony Magdalinidis and Rachel Williams. Congratulations also to the teams behind Wonka, Invasion Season 2, Peter Pan & Wendy, Loki Season 2 and the The Crown Season 6, whose work helped us secure a total of nine nominations this year in categories ranging from standout 'best overall' divisions to those rewarding specific technical feats and creative endeavours.
