The biggest difference between Monster Hunter Rise and World is the clear delineation of its multiplayer and single-player experiences. In World, youll constantly be encountering other players, while Rise has two distinct hubs for solo and multiplayer if youd prefer a more insular experience. Otherwise, both titles still feature a similar gameplay loop where you track down massive monsters and hunt them to gather components and upgrade gear.
