Highland Energy Efficiency Framework
Teams selected for the two-year framework will work alongside the local authority of the Scottish Highlands to provide a range of consultancy services and works to deliver energy efficiency upgrades.The framework is divided into five lots covering consultancy and advice, building fabric improvements, heating and ventilation, renewables and ancillary systems, and building controls. Upgrades may include insulation, the improvement or replacement of current heating systems and the installation of solar PV.The Highland Council is seeking to undertake a transformational change to the delivery of energy efficiency and renewable works across the region.
