Alongside Mithrax having his entire multi-year character development ripped from him in a single mission, players are tired of Bungies constant attempts to give characters a redemption arc.Eramis, a treacherous villain that has been a constant cause of suffering in Destiny, has now been given their own redemption arc. Despite fans despising the character, the story has crowbarred in a forced redemption that fans have not sat well with.I would be okay with redemption arcs if they actually put in the work to earn it, one fan explained after finishing the new content.
