Teams selected for the four-year agreement will have the opportunity to work on a range of new build and redevelopment projects in the South West of England with the Worcester-based housing association, which manages more than 130,000 homes across the UK.The four-year framework will focus on the renewal or relocation of former facilities used by the care home provider Cornwall Care which was acquired by the housing association in 2022. Up to six architecture practices will be appointed to the framework.According to the brief: The contract is to provide a framework of Architectural Services in the South West of England. This is a single-lot framework and successful suppliers must be able to demonstrate to Sanctuary they have the requisite capacity and experience to deliver the services outlined in this tender.AdvertisementThe framework will last for a duration of four years up to a maximum date of 23 February 2029.
