Teams selected for the four-year agreement will have the opportunity to work on a range of new build and redevelopment projects in the South West of England with the Worcester-based housing association, which manages more than 130,000 homes across the UK.The four-year framework will focus on the renewal or relocation of former facilities used by the care home provider Cornwall Care which was acquired by the housing association in 2022.
