Now, were looking for a high-performance Backend Manager to take full ownership of our Chatter Sales Team & Monetization Processes for multiple clients of our Agency.This is not just a job we want a key figure who will analyze, optimize, and scale revenue strategies for 2-3 of our top female influencers. Youll be responsible for improving sales performance, setting up efficient systems, and leading the backend team to maximize results. Base salary + performance-based bonuses.
