Having recently released for PC and consoles, the open world action RPG seems to have got off to an impressive start where its player numbers are concerned.As per SteamDB,Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2saw a peak of 159,351 concurrent players on Steam on the day of its release. That is already far higher than the all-time peak that its predecessor,Kingdom Come: Deliverance,saw (96,069).Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2speak concurrent user count is also already higher than that of the likes ofThe Witcher 3(103,329),S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl(121,335),Hades 2(103,567), and others. This is, of course, only day 1- how (or if) the games player numbers increase over the coming days should be interesting to see.In our review of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, we awarded it a score of 9/10, saying, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is a polished open-world RPG that outdoes its AAA competition at every turn. Some of the realism can bog down the gameplay, but the intricate dialogue choices and perk tree compel me to forgive some of the returning irritants. And the story, just wow. I cant say enough great things about the characterizations, dialogue, story twists, activities, and cinematography packed into KCD2s main quest; its simply the best in the genre.
