With so many multiplayer shooters receiving sequels over the years, including Overwatch 2 and Counter-Strike 2, Ubisofts Rainbow Six Siege may be next in line. Leaker Frax recently posted on Twitter about Siege X, the shooters upcoming tenth season. It will reportedly include a graphical update to textures and modes alongside an engine overhaul.The alleged reveal is coming during the Six Invitational 2025, which ends on February 16th. When it could release is unknown but Frax followed this up with another tweet, reporting that Siege X is actually Rainbow Six Siege 2 and not Year 10 of Siege.Its allegedly out sometime in the future, with the leaker confident that it arrives after Year 10, Season 1. Whether it will replace the current Siege like Counter-Strike 2 did for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is unknown.
