Kojima will tour 12 cities ahead of the Death Stranding 2: On the Beach launch
Kojima productions said the studio’s creator Hideo Kojima is gearing up to visit 12 locations across the globe to celebrate the launch of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, which arrives exclusively on PlayStation 5 on June 26, 2025.
Kojima and his friends will get us in the mood to be Porters. So tie your boots and grab your pack because the launch is just around the corner. Reunite with Sam as he embarks on a mission to reconnect the fragmented remnants of humanity. Venturing beyond the UCA, Sam is joined by new companions as he sets out to once again save a broken world, this time plagued by a haunting question: should we have connected?
Fans around the world will be able to join a celebration of all things Death Stranding as part of a World Tour, with special guests and events at each stop.
The dates and locations of the Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2 are as follows:
8th June – Los Angeles14th June – Sydney
26th June – Tokyo
28th June – Paris
30th June – London
4th July – Seoul
6th July – Taipei
9th July – Hong Kong
12th July – Shanghai
August – Riyadh
October – Sao Paulo
November – Lucca

In Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, players will embark on an inspiring mission of human connection beyond the UCA. Sam—with companions by his side—sets out on a new journey to save humanity from extinction. Join them as they traverse a world beset by otherworldly enemies, obstacles and a haunting question: should we have connected?
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach sees Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker return to Kojima’s genre-defying universe. They will be joined by Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and Academy Award-winning film director George Miller.
Kojima is joined by longtime collaborator Yoji Shinkawa who will direct character and mechanical design, with Ludvig Forssell and Kyle Cooper reprising their roles as musical director and title designer, respectively.
