The design scheme is also intended to model "a greener way of building for Boston and institutions worldwide".262 Fifth Avenue, New York, by MeganomUpon its designs revealed in 2017, 262 Fifth Avenue was slated to be the first supertall skyscraper in New York City's NoMad district but it has since been scaled down to top out at 860 feet high (262 metres high).Renders show a glass tower with a slim sillouette affixed to a long, solid concrete superstructure on the tower's backside.
