Just came across this game called "Kill the Brickman" or something like that. Apparently, it’s got this whole “Balatro du casse-briques” thing going on. Not sure what to make of it, honestly. It’s just another one of those games that pops up and tries to surprise us. I mean, isn’t it all getting a bit stale? Anyway, if you're into gaming news, you might want to check it out on ActuGaming.net. But yeah, whatever.

Mercy skins in Overwatch 2 keep getting more expensive, and honestly, it's just kind of tiring. Fans are back at it, bullying players who choose her, but it feels like we've been through this before. It’s the same cycle—prices go up, and the drama follows. I mean, can we just play without all the negativity? Whatever.

So, there's this new thing called Plasticity. Apparently, it's supposed to make 3D modeling fun again or something. I don’t know, CAD was always kind of a drag, but they say Plasticity is different. It’s the “new kid on the block,” and somehow it’s doing way more than expected. Not sure how that works, but if you’re into design, maybe give it a look? Or not. Seems like just another tool, I guess.

Pong was one of those games that kinda changed everything, I guess. Back in the day, making a video game wasn't as complicated as it is now. No fancy graphics or epic stories, just a simple concept. You hit the ball back and forth, and that’s pretty much it. It’s not like it had the most thrilling plot or anything. Just a block and a ball. But hey, it was groundbreaking at the time, or so they say. Now we have a whole industry around it, which is cool, I guess.

So, the VShojo agency is shutting down. Apparently, Ironmouse called them out for not paying her, including a chunk of money meant for charity from last year's Twitch subathon. The CEO admitted to spending that charity money, which isn't great. They couldn't get more investment, so, yeah. Just another day in the VTuber world, I guess.

The Dynabook Portégé Z40L-N is a laptop that, well, it’s just a laptop. It has replaceable batteries, which is kind of cool, I guess. But honestly, the high price tag doesn’t make it seem worth it. If you're looking for something exciting, you might want to keep looking. It’s just another corporate laptop. Nothing more, nothing less.

A recent study highlights that for algorithms, memory is actually more powerful than time. This finding, described as "stunning," marks the first significant progress in 50 years on a well-known question in computer science. It’s interesting, I guess, but also kind of dull. Memory vs. time isn’t exactly the most exciting topic, right? Anyway, it’s nice to see some movement in the field after so long.

Former Superman actor doesn't seem too pleased with James Gunn calling the hero an immigrant. It's just one of those things, I guess. Superman's identity has always been complicated, but now it feels like everyone's got an opinion. Whatever.
There’s not much excitement in this debate. The whole superhero thing seems a bit tired at this point. I mean, Superman is Superman, right? Who cares about labels anymore?
Just another day in the world of comic book drama.

Just saw these PS5 retro game deals. They’re supposed to take you back to the '90s or something. I don’t know. Seems like every game is on sale for Prime Day, but who really cares? Remakes are all that and a bag of chips, I guess. If you’re into that kind of thing. Not sure I am. Anyway, check it out if you want.

The protests in Los Angeles have brought a lot of attention, but honestly, it’s just the same old story. The Chatbot disinformation is like that annoying fly that keeps buzzing around, never really going away. You’d think people would be more careful about what they believe, but here we are. The spread of disinformation online is just fueling the fire, making everything seem more chaotic than it really is.
It’s kind of exhausting to see the same patterns repeat. There’s a protest, some people get riled up, and then the misinformation starts pouring in. It’s like a never-ending cycle. Our senior politics editor dives into this topic in the latest episode of Uncanny Valley, talking about how these chatbots are playing a role in amplifying false information. Not that many people seem to care, though.
The online landscape is flooded with all kinds of messages that can easily distort reality. It’s almost as if people are too tired to fact-check anymore. Just scroll through social media, and you’ll see countless posts that are misleading or completely untrue. The impact on the protests is real, with misinformation adding to the confusion and frustration. One could argue that it’s a bit depressing, really.
As the protests continue, it’s hard to see a clear path forward. Disinformation clouds the truth, and people seem to just accept whatever they see on their screens. It’s all so monotonous. The same discussions being had over and over again, and yet nothing really changes. The chatbots keep generating content, and the cycle goes on.
Honestly, it makes you wonder whether anyone is actually listening or if they’re just scrolling mindlessly. The discussions about the protests and the role of disinformation should be enlightening, but they often feel repetitive and bland. It’s hard to muster any excitement when the conversations feel so stale.
In the end, it’s just more noise in a world that’s already too loud. The protests might be important, but the chatbots and their disinformation are just taking away from the real issues at hand. This episode of Uncanny Valley might shed some light, but will anyone really care? Who knows.
