PSA Airlines flight 5342 collided midair with a helicopter near Reagan National Airport and crashed.PSA Airlines is a subsidiary of American Airlines.American said in a statement that 60 passengers and four crew members were on board.The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed on Wednesday that PSA Airlines flight 5342 collided midair with a helicopter during its final approach into Washington D.C.'s Reagan Washington National Airport.PSA is an American Airlines wholly-owned subsidiary and operates regional flights on behalf American. The aircraft was a Bombardier CRJ700.American Airlines said in a statement there were 60 passengers and four crew members onboard."We are in contact with authorities and assisting with emergency response efforts," the statement said.The helicopter involved was an Army Black Hawk, multiple outlets have reported. Three crew members were on the Black Hawk, according to the New York Times and CNN. American Airlines flight AA5342, operated by regional subsidiary PSA Airlines, flight path approaching Washington DC's Ronald Reagan International Airport. Flightradar24 "We're aware of reports that American Eagle flight 5342, operated by PSA, with service from Wichita, Kansas (ICT) to Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) has been involved in an incident," American Airlines told Business Insider in a statement. "We will provide information as it becomes available."The airport was closed to all aircraft after the crash.A DC Fire spokesperson could not confirm any fatalities but said a "search and rescue operation is in progress."This marks the first complete loss plane crash in the US since 2009 when Colgan Air Flight 3407 crashed over Buffalo, killing 49 onboard and one person on the ground.It's the third plane crash since December. An Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer plane crashed, likely caused by Russian air defenses. Thirty-eight people died.A few days later, a Boeing 737 operated by Korean carrier Jeju Airlines crashed during landing in South Korea, killing 179 people. Two people survived. HGTV At the beginning of the episode, Haack and the El Moussas attend a soccer game to support Haack and Tarek El Moussa's son, Brayden.Haack and her ex-husband started chatting about business on the sidelines, and she mentioned that some house-flipping projects she and Hall took on in Tennessee weren't going well."So, you needed the master there," Tarek El Moussa said. "I wasn't there to help you guys. If you guys want, if you pay for my plane ticket, I'll go help you guys."Haack disagreed and asked about his real-estate projects, which he also said had been difficult because of increasing interest rates. He implied that Haack couldn't have known about that without him."Oh god. You act like I've never flipped a freakin house," Haack said. "My original plan called for the pantry to be on the left side of the kitchen. But now, I think we need to move it to the right so we can open the space up."However, the change made her want to add more counters and cabinets to the left side of the room. Her counters were being delivered the next day, so she wasn't sure she could make the change happen.Luckily, her supplier had the additional counters, so Haack's vision came to life exactly as she pictured.Haack faced another hiccup during judging. She poured ice water down her sink as her kitchen was being evaluated, not knowing the drain wasn't fully attached. Water ended up all over the floor, and the guest judge for the episode, Heather Dubrow of "Real Housewives of Orange County," dinged her for the mishap.The El Moussas won the kitchen challenge, though Dubrow said she preferred Haack's design.

At the very minimum we have no idea what the extra button does but for all we know there could be other secrets of the hardware. But it occurred to me that no ones asking a fairly obvious question: is the console the only model?I dont think Nintendo has ever offered two versions of a console at launch before, but theres a first time for everything. Maybe the dubious success of the Xbox Series X/S will put them off but since the console is very similar, in looks at least, to the original maybe they want to make it seem more different by having more hardware options?The obvious one is the model we saw and a Switch 2 Lite from the start, but I know fans would welcome an OLED version or one that had a more powerful dock that could increase the frame rate and resolution. Too many options? Perhaps, but we dont actually know for sure Nintendo isnt planning something like that.BelfrySilent successI see that the Silent Hill 2 remake has sold over two million copies now which seems okay? Not that great? Im not really sure. It certainly doesnt sound like a blockbuster but hopefully Konami is happy with it. Ive no idea what they were expecting but since we only rarely get sales figures, how are we to judge these things?I am a little wary that weve not heard of Silent Hill f in a long time, as that always looked like the best one, before we knew the remake was actually good.I especially hope this doesnt put Konami off games in general. Weve got the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake coming up, but I dont know how thats going to go over with new players. I just wish theyd get a move on and make a new Castlevania, it seems crazy that weve not had a peep about that in decade or more.If I was going to be optimistic Id say that the Switch 2 reveal would be a good thing to hold that back for, but thats probably me clutching at straws.AndyGC: One million sales is generally considered the minimum for a triple-A to be considered a minor hit, although naturally thats dependent on the budget. We dont imagine Silent Hill 2 was that expensive so two million is okay and more than the original managed.The perfect balanceSo, PlayStation leadership has changed again and now its some guy that weve never seen talk in public and no one seems quite sure what he does. I cant say I like the look of that Hermen Hulst guy but Im not sure some anonymous suit is any better.For me the perfect games company boss was Nintendo Satoru Iwata. He was a sensible grey-suited businessman, who seemed to know what he was doing and wasnt constantly spouting his mouth off, like a certain Xbox boss I could mention. But he also had a sense of humour and would appear in videos and everyone seemed to like him.He was serious in his work but approachable and seemed to genuinely love games and the people that make them without having to constantly be pretending he was down with the kids. Nothing wrong with that but I dont know anyone that would claim to be a fan of Activision, just Call Of Duty. I am still astonished by that game and how nothing since, despite the massive improvements in graphics, has ever felt so real and exciting.Even just the GameCube sequel was quite a big step up in visuals, but the game was nowhere near as fun as the original. I really dont know why and the fact that its never been equalled or bettered suggests nobody else does either. Id love to see Nintendo give it another go, although I doubt its anywhere near the top of their list of things to do, even as a farewell gift.Its interesting how at the time the game was more a tech demo than anything there was certainly nothing like it on the PlayStation but you dont really get that anymore.I guess nobody wants to pay 70 for a short and sweet tech demo, although as I remember at the time N64 carts were 50 or more, so like a reader said the other day, things havent really changed that much. None of the collectors versions for all those platforms have sold out, but the standard has sold out for all platforms.There is no I in teamIts interesting to me that there are so many different indie studios that have ex-BioWare and ex-Bungie staff (seriously, sometimes it seems like theres half a dozen for each) and yet none of them ever seem to amount to anything. There are others too, from big companies like Blizzard and CD Projekt, but Im not aware of any of them having any great success.Maybe theyre just all unlucky but I think this shows that its never about the individual but about the people. It often seems a shame that the games industry doesnt really have any famous developers, like there would be in movie or music, but on the other hand I think its probably unfair to pick out one person when its clearly the whole team that makes the magic. And when it changes even just a little bit then suddenly the game quality changes drastically.Thats why I have a lot more faith in something like Hideki Kamiyas new studio, because its staffed by mostly ex-Platinum people not just him and a bunch of strangers.
