• Government Lawyer Horrified as Musk Grants Nuclear Access to DOGE Boy
    futurism.com
One of Elon Musk's kiddos from the Department of Government Efficiency is now mucking his way through the Energy Department bringing him into ominous proximity to the nation's atomic arsenal. As CNN reports, the 23-year-old DOGE staffer, a former SpaceX intern named Luke Farritor, was granted access to the DOE's IT system, despite protests from the department's general counsel and chief information office. And guess what? The system, which includes email and Microsoft 365, is also used by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) the folks in charge of safeguarding the US's stockpile of nuclear weapons. This is, as the protesting bureaucrats called it, "a bad idea." Farritor wasn't subject to a standard background check that every other federal employee or contractor has to go through. He is, for all intents and purposes, just some kid."He's not cleared to be in DOE, on our systems," one of the employees from the general counsel and chief information offices told CNN. "None of those things have been done."The good news is that the access,as currently reported, sounds fairly basic. Per the report, the chief information office only does a "small" amount of IT and cybersecurity for the NNSA, a semiautonomous agency within the DOE, including basic internet services. And so, in a minor and increasingly rare victory in sane governance, the IT systems that the DOGE staffer is probing through are not the ones used by the NNSA's labs that control the US's nuclear stockpile. Phew.Still, it'll be a little too close for comfort for some. There was no rigorous vetting behind the DOGE staffer's access, with no semblance of the meritocratic process that anti-DEI zealots love to harp on to be found. Instead, Trump's Energy Secretary Chris Wright decreed that the DOGE dilettante should get access, according to CNN, and that was that. This is the playbook being used at other agencies. At the Treasury Department, Musk and his lieutenants forced out top officials to seize access to the government's sensitive payment system, a pipeline for trillions of dollars every year. Musk then declared his intent to shut down government payments he deemed unnecessary. The security of this whole gutting operation is becoming more and more suspect, too. At the Education Department and possibly elsewhere, DOGE is reportedly feeding sensitive government data into AI software to determine what programs and spending should get cut.In any case, this might just be the beginning of the chaos at the DOE. According to CNN, employees at the department and the NNSA have started receiving "buyout" emails, offering them a payoutto leave their positions.Does the prospect of employees quitting the agency that manages nukes en masse sound like a stable way to manage things?Share This Article

  • Elon Musk Calls for Firing of Wall Street Journal Reporter Who Found His DOGE Boy's Racist Tweets
    futurism.com
On Thursday, a 25-year-old staffer for Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) abruptly resigned after the Wall Street Journal asked the White House to comment on incredibly racist social media posts he appeared to have made shortly before joining the team.Marko Elez, an inexperienced recent university grad and former X employee, had been infiltrating the US Treasury's payments system. Despite Trump administration officials maintaining that he was limited to "read-only" access to the system, Wired reported this week that he was in fact able to make extensive changes under the hood.Naturally, the optics of a green operative with incredible access to the government's most sensitive payments, combined with revelations of overt and ugly racism look incredibly bad.But instead of taking accountability for the terrible hire, Musk has found a new target: the Wall Street Journal reporter who dug up the racist posts. In a tweet responding to a Musk loyalist calling out WSJ reporter Katherine Long, the mercurial entrepreneur raged this morning that "she should be fired immediately."In a separate tweet, he called her out for being a "disgusting and cruel person," without offering any evidence. The attack highlights Musk's well-documented hatred for the media, which has steadfastly reported on his companies' shortcomings, personal vendettas, and embracing of far-right extremism. Since he took over Twitter, Musk's social media platform has repeatedly suspended journalists, an apparent effort to silence his many critics. That's all despite claiming Musk claiming to be a "free speech absolutist,"which in retrospect is absolutely laughable. In case there's any doubt, the things the own 25-year-old staffer tweeted out were absolutely revolting.Elez was behind a deleted profile that backed a "eugenic immigration policy" and argued that "you could not pay me to marry outside of my ethnicity," according to Long's reporting."Just for the record, I was racist before it was cool," he reportedly wrote on a separate account last summer.Among other things, Long's reporting highlights glaring oversights in Musk's hiring practices. His team of 20-something DOGE boys aren't just immensely underqualified for the job, but many of them have a colorful past like Elez.Elez's abrupt resignation also came as revelations were coming out that he had been making alterations to the US Treasury's payments system, which paid out a gargantuan $5.45 trillion in 2024.The blog Talking Points Memoreported this week that Elez had made "extensive changes" to the system before his write access was revoked on February 5. Whether he lost those privileges because of an ongoing lawsuit aimed at Musk and Elez is unclear.Musk has long outed himself as sharing similar beliefs to Elez's, making plenty of unabashedly racist comments in the past.Musk also has a long track record of making personal attacks aimed at people who don't share his worldview and now that he's been handed the keys to the government, those personal vendettas are taking an even uglier shape.Share This Article

It's also a great choice for NFL fans, since it's one of three services, alongside YouTube TV andHulu, that offer NFL Network and optional RedZone. The biggest hole in Fubo's lineup is the lack of Warner Bros. • Professional Soccer Players May Demonstrate Exceptional Cognitive Control?
    www.scientificamerican.com
February 7, 20254 min readProfessional Soccer Players May Demonstrate Exceptional Cognitive ControlTop soccer players demonstrate superlative cognitive abilities for strategizing and situational awarenessBy Christiane Gelitz & Gary Stix edited by Dean Visser Andreyuu/Getty ImagesSoccer fans sometimes imagine that they themselves could potentially perform at the highest levels of the sport, just like the athletic heroes they watch on the pitch. But if they ever do find the chance to try, they will learn that their body simply wont cooperateand they might even get seriously hurt. And many of them are ignoring the fact that the beautiful game is also a brain game. Reporting in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA, an international research group says it has now confirmed that success on the soccer field is about mind as well as body. The team, co-led by Leonardo Bonetti of Aarhus University in Denmark and the University of Oxford, examined elite soccer players intelligence and personality types and discovered they have exceptional cognitive abilitiesas well as a typical psychological profile. The participants comprised more than 200 professional players from Brazil and Sweden, about 9 percent of whom were women, along with a control group of 124 Brazilian nonathletes with a similar education level and social background. The subjects filled out a personality questionnaire and completed several cognitive tests. The researchers compared the results for the athletes with the same measures in the control group and the general population. On supporting science journalismIf you're enjoying this article, consider supporting our award-winning journalism by subscribing. By purchasing a subscription you are helping to ensure the future of impactful stories about the discoveries and ideas shaping our world today.Among other things, the professional players demonstrated a better working memory and showed better performance in planning and problem-solving. But above all, they really shined when it came to executive functionthe regulation of information processing in higher-order brain areas that helps someone adapt to fast-changing events. In particular, the elite athletes performed far above the norm on the design fluency test, a measure of cognitive flexibility. The design fluency test had proved to be a good marker of intelligence on the soccer field in previous studies, with higher scores indicating players who had superior skills in developing strategy and analyzing the play around them. The ability to plan several steps ahead in order to reach a goal in a quickly changing environment may be one of the most crucial cognitive processes related to successful behavior in complex ball sports such as soccer, Bonetti and his colleagues write in their new paper. In the personality test, the professional athletes also demonstrated pronounced self-discipline, energy, extraversion and other factorsall unsurprising results. But at first glance, one thing did not fit the picture of success in a team sport: the players were assessed to be less sociable and cooperative than other people, perhaps because they were so focused on their own performance.Other studies had previously shown that professional soccer players have a unique cognitive profilebut these investigations had smaller samples that often did not include top players. Our novel study reproduced previous results but can also be regarded as the first conclusive study, says Predrag Petrovic, co-senior author of the new paper and a senior lecturer of clinical neuroscience at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. (Elite players demonstrate cognitive skills above the norm. But the nature of the game can compromise those superior abilities. The frequent heading of the ball and the collisions with other players can lead to head injuries that put players at higher risk for dementia.)Denis Hauw, a professor of sports psychology at the University of Lausanne's Institute for Sports Science who did not participate in the research, says the "study provides results that complement and offer a structure to the scattered findings that tried to explain the psychological factors linked to elite sport performances."Another researcher found the research to be unconvincing. Jaap Oosterlaan, a professor of pediatric neurosciences at the Vrije Universiteit and Amsterdam University Medical Center in the Netherlands who was not involved with the research, says the study mirrors earlier findings on the cognitive abilities of athletes, while exploring machine learning techniques to assess differences in elite players and a control group. The AI system was able to reproduce comparable results to classical statistical tests, Oosterlan says, but the analysis performed by the system was unable to establish credibly that cognitive abilities or personality characteristics were related to the superior performance of the elite players. Moreover, the differences between elite players and non-athletes could have been due to the effects of physical training on the top players brain functioning and not to innate abilities that existed before the elite player started playing soccer."Soccer may be the worlds most popular sport, but Petrovic notes that superior cognitive skills might be found in some players of other sports if they are studiedfor example, quarterbacks and running backs in American football and top basketball players. That is best exemplified in Nikola Jokić [of the Denver Nuggets], who I dream of testing at some point, he says.In conducting the study, the team used an artificial intelligence system to find patterns in the test scores that could be used to evaluate cognitive and personality characteristicsand it separated the elite athletes from the nonathletes in the control group with 97 percent accuracy. I predict that such cognitive measures will be used everywhere in professional [soccer] within 10 years for finding novel players, [for] strategically using the players on a team, and for coaching the team and individuals based on cognitive profiles, Petrovic says. The AI did, however, misidentify some nonathletes as players; in pinning down the relevant cognitive and personality attributes, such a system can overlook other key qualities. There are certainly people in the general population who exhibit the right cognitive profile. But to ascend to the elite ranks in soccer, you have to have the right physical prerequisites in addition to the right mental ones. And when you go out on the pitch, the motivation needs to be there: you have to really want it.This article originally appeared in Spektrum der Wissenschaft and was reproduced with permission.

  • Wonder Woman game reportedly "still years away from release" - if it ever launches at all

Wonder Woman game reportedly "still years away from release" - if it ever launches at allThe Flash game also reportedly canned.Image credit: Warner Bros./Eurogamer News by Matt Wales News Reporter Published on Feb. 7, 2025 Three years after its announcement, the future of Warner Bros.'s Wonder Woman game is reportedly in question - with its release said to still be "years away" if it ever launches at all. That's according to a new report by Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, detailing the behind-the-scenes turmoil caused by a culture of "ineffectual trend-chasing and wasted development time" at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment during the tenure of outgoing president David Haddad - a period said to have lacked a "strong, cohesive vision" .Some casualties of Warner Bros.'s reported culture under Haddad are already well-documented, with Warner Bros. Montreal's Gotham Knights, Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, party brawler MultiVersus, and last year's Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions all having failed to resonate with consumers. However, Bloomberg's report also highlights a number of other projects that have either failed or floundered behind closed doors.Monolith's Wonder Woman game was announced in December 2021.Watch on YouTubeMonolith's Wonder Woman game, for instance, has reportedly "struggled to coalesce" in the years since its announcement in 2021, with the project having switched directors and been rebooted early last year, according to "people familiar with the business". Wonder Woman is said to have already cost Warner $100m and is still "years away from release", if it manages to make it to market at all - its fate, according to Bloomberg's sources, "remains in question".Bloomberg reports Monolith had originally wanted to follow its acclaimed Middle-earth games with a new franchise experimenting with procedural storytelling. However, Warner Bros. execs are said to have pushed for the studio to incorporate one of the company's big IPs, and the resulting game "plodded along for more than three years" before its cancellation - at which point Monolith head Kevin Stephens and many directors departed. After that, remaining staff began working on Wonder Woman, initially attempting to incorporate a version of Shadow of Mordor's Nemesis system before switching to a "more traditional action-adventure game".As revealed last March, Gotham Knights studio Warner Bros. Montreal has now been drafted in to help Monolith get Wonder Woman over the finish line. However, Bloomberg says the Montreal team was initially hoping to make a game based on comic book antihero John Constantine - hopes that were dashed when execs pushed the team toward a "more recognisable character" such as the Joker or Flash. The studio ultimately opted to make a Flash game, but the project was scrapped after Warner's 2023 Flash movie flopped at the box office - leading to the resignation of "most of" Montreal's leadership team. The studio is now said to be working on a pitch for a Game of Thrones title, as it continues to help out on Wonder Woman.Bloomberg's sources say the major gaps in Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's portfolio left by the company's string of cancellations and commercial failures during Haddad's tenure are likely to persist "for the next year or two". There's one potential bright spot on the horizon, however, with developer Rocksteady - following the demise of its live-service-focused Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - now said to be "looking to return to Batman for a single-player game". The project, though, is still "years away from landing".

The race to convert empty office space into much needed residential units is on, and the countrys largest completed conversion has officially launched leasing. Named SoMA, the building is located one block east of Battery Park at 25 Water Street. Led by development firms GFP Real Estate and Metro Loft, the architecture and interior design firm CetraRuddy reimagined the building once home to JPMorgan Chase, the National Enquirer, and the Daily News. Now outfitted with 1,320 apartment units, potential tenants have options ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, many of which have home office spaces. Theres also approximately 100,000 square feet of amenity space, including a bowling alley, arcade, sports simulators, karaoke room, and coworking area.As architects who have planned and designed residential conversions across New York City for nearly four decades, its no exaggeration to say that SoMa is a unique and completely unprecedented project in both scale and vision, said John Cetra, FAIA, Founding Principal of CetraRuddy. Though the latter dropped out in 2023 following the orders of an Austrian judge, RFR was just evicted from the building. During RFRs tenure, it has grown increasingly haggard, as one developer source described it to Curbed. The land that the building stands on has belonged to Cooper Union since 1902, so now that RFR and Signa are no longer attached, the building is officially under Cooper Unions leadership. Cooper Union took over operations in November, but the new judge ruling makes RFRs lease termination official.RFR could never overcome the basic fact that they were in arrears to the tune of $21 million and had not paid rent in months. Despite their desperate attempts to shift the focus, the problem has always been their continued failure to meet their obligations, the vice president of finance and administration at Cooper Union, John Ruth, said in a statement shared by Commercial Observer. On Wednesday, January 28, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Jennifer Schecter ruled that RFR must vacate and surrender the property, marking the official beginning of a new chapter for the Chrysler building. We appreciate the court validating our position, and we look forward to working with Cushman & Wakefield, Savills and our team to assume full management of the property so we can implement a long-term plan to improve the tenant experience and maximize the buildings value, Ruth continued.

    www.vg247.com
Great White NorthFancy seeing some Warframe and Soulframe yourself? Tennocon tickets are now on saleThese tend to sell out quick, so snatch one while you can!Image credit: Digital Extremes News by Connor Makar Staff Writer Published on Feb. 7, 2025 If you fancy seeing some Warframe and Soulframe reveals yourself, you might be interested to know that tickets for Tennocon 2025 are now on sale. With these, you can get yourself a pass to Digital Extreme's very own event in London, Ontario. For you Americans out there, why not see a bit of the country that's been in the news quite a bit of late. This event marks the 10th anniversary of Tennocon, and is partnered with Make a Wish Canada, so will probably be a special one. It's a two-day event, taking place on July 18 - 19, so shouldn't be too rough on the ol' credit card. Unless you want it to, of course. What's money for if not the occasional splurge on a holiday. To see this content please enable targeting cookies. The first day will feature a cosplay contest, early merch sales, and autograph signings. There'll even be a live performance of Warframe's discography at the nearby Canada Life Place, which should be nice. The second day is where all the big reveals happen, including panels, a Soulframe panel with the latest update, as well as TennoLive, which is often the home for the biggest announcements of the show. Other notable nearby locations include Shelby's Legendary Shwarma, the lovely Victoria Park, and of course Area 420, which is just around the corner from the Digital Extremes offices and made the flight home two years ago a lot of fun. It's a place I assume many Warframe players I've spent time with have been to already, judging by how long it takes them to get to the extraction point. All in all it's a fun show that isn't too big to be cramped and uncomfortable, but still with that size and pomp that makes the whole thing feel special. I would recommend it to any Warframe fan who can go. Who knows, you might meet that Mesa who keeps ruining your extraction relic missions. One can only hope. Are you keen to go to Tennocon this year? Let us know down below!

  • Teslas Dojo, a timeline
    techcrunch.com
Elon Musk doesnt want Tesla to be just an automaker. He wants Tesla to be an AI company, one thats figured out how to make cars drive themselves.Crucial to that mission is Dojo, Teslas custom-built supercomputer designed to train its Full Self-Driving (FSD) neural networks. FSD isnt actually fully self-driving; it can perform some automated driving tasks, but still requires an attentive human behind the wheel. But Tesla thinks with more data, more compute power and more training, it can cross the threshold from almost self-driving to full self-driving.And thats where Dojo comes in.Musk has been teasing Dojo for some time, but the executive ramped up discussions about the supercomputer throughout 2024. Now that were in 2025, another supercomputer called Cortex has entered the chat, but Dojos importance to Tesla might still be existential with EV sales slumping, investors want assurances that Tesla can achieve autonomy. Below is a timeline of Dojo mentions and promises.2019First mentions of DojoApril 22 At Teslas Autonomy Day, the automaker had its AI team onstage to talk about Autopilot and Full Self-Driving, and the AI powering them both. The company shares information about Teslas custom-built chips that are designed specifically for neural networks and self-driving cars.During the event, Musk teases Dojo, revealing that its a supercomputer for training AI.He also notes that all Tesla cars being produced at the time would have all hardware necessary for full self-driving and only needed a software update.2020Musk begins the Dojo roadshowFeb 2 Musk says Tesla will soon have more than a million connected vehicles worldwide with sensors and compute needed for full self-driving and touts Dojos capabilities.Dojo, our training supercomputer, will be able to process vast amounts of video training data & efficiently run hyperspace arrays with a vast number of parameters, plenty of memory & ultra-high bandwidth between cores. More on this later.August 14 Musk reiterates Teslas plan to develop a neural network training computer called Dojo to process truly vast amounts of video data, calling it a beast. He also says the first version of Dojo is about a year away, which would put its launch date somewhere around August 2021.December 31 Elon says Dojo isnt needed, but it will make self-driving better. It isnt enough to be safer than human drivers, Autopilot ultimately needs to be more than 10 times safer than human drivers.2021Tesla makes Dojo officialAugust 19 The automaker officially announces Dojo at Teslas first AI Day, an event meant to attract engineers to Teslas AI team. Tesla also introduces its D1 chip, which the automaker says it will use alongside Nvidias GPU to power the Dojo supercomputer. Tesla notes its AI cluster will house 3,000 D1 chips.October 12 Tesla releasesDojo Technology whitepaper, a guide to Teslas configurable floating point formats & arithmetic. The whitepaper outlines a technical standard for a new type of binary floating-point arithmetic thats used in deep learning neural networks and can be implemented entirely in software, entirely in hardware, or in any combination of software and hardware.2022Tesla reveals Dojo progressAugust 12 Musk says Tesla will phase in Dojo. Wont need to buy as many incremental GPUs next year.September 30 At Teslas second AI Day, the company reveals that it has installed the first Dojo cabinet, testing 2.2 megawatts of load testing. Tesla says it was building one tile per day (which is made up of 25 D1 chips). Tesla demos Dojo onstage running a Stable Diffusion model to create an AI-generated image of a Cybertruck on Mars.Importantly, the company sets a target date of a full Exapod cluster to be completed by Q1 2023, and says it plans to build a total of seven Exapods in Palo Alto.2023A long-shot betApril 19 Musk tells investors during Teslas first-quarter earnings that Dojo has the potential for an order of magnitude improvement in the cost of training, and also has the potential to become a sellable service that we would offer to other companies in the same way that Amazon Web Services offers web services.Musk also notes that hed look at Dojo as kind of a long-shot bet, but a bet worth making.June 21 The Tesla AI X account posts that the companys neural networks are already in customer vehicles. The thread includes a graph with a timeline of Teslas current and projected compute power, which places the start of Dojo production at July 2023, although its not clear if this refers to the D1 chips or the supercomputer itself. Musk says that same day that Dojo was already online and running tasks at Tesla data centers. The company also projects that Teslas compute will be the top five in the entire world by around February 2024 (there are no indications this was successful) and that Tesla would reach 100 exaflops by October 2024.July 19 Tesla notes in its second-quarter earnings report it has started production of Dojo. Musk also says Tesla plans to spend more than $1 billion on Dojo through 2024.September 6 Musk posts on X that Tesla is limited by AI training compute, but that Nvidia and Dojo will fix that. He says managing the data from the roughly 160 billion frames of video Tesla gets from its cars per day is extremely difficult.2024Plans to scaleJanuary 24 During Teslas fourth-quarter and full-year earnings call, Musk acknowledges again that Dojo is a high-risk, high-reward project. He also says that Tesla was pursuing the dual path of Nvidia and Dojo, that Dojo is working and is doing training jobs. He notes Tesla is scaling it up and has plans for Dojo 1.5, Dojo 2, Dojo 3 and whatnot.January 26 Tesla announced plans to spend $500 million to build a Dojo supercomputer in Buffalo. Musk then downplays the investment somewhat, posting on X that while $500 million is a large sum, its only equivalent to a 10k H100 system from Nvidia. Tesla will spend more than that on Nvidia hardware this year. The table stakes for being competitive in AI are at least several billion dollars per year at this point.April 30 At TSMCs North American Technology Symposium, the company says Dojos next-generation training tile the D2, which puts the entire Dojo tile onto a single silicon wafer, rather than connecting 25 chips to make one tile is already in production, according to IEEE Spectrum.May 20 Musk notes that the rear portion of the Giga Texas factory extension will include the construction of a super dense, water-cooled supercomputer cluster.June 4 A CNBC report reveals Musk diverted thousands of Nvidia chips reserved for Tesla to X and xAI. After initially saying the report was false, Musk posts on X that Tesla didnt have a location to send the Nvidia chips to turn them on, due to the continued construction on the south extension of Giga Texas, so they would have just sat in a warehouse. He noted the extension will house 50k H100s for FSD training. He also posts:Of the roughly $10B in AI-related expenditures I said Tesla would make this year, about half is internal, primarily the Tesla-designed AI inference computer and sensors present in all of our cars, plus Dojo. For building the AI training superclusters, NVidia hardware is about 2/3 of the cost. My current best guess for Nvidia purchases by Tesla are $3B to $4B this year.July 1 Musk reveals on X that current Tesla vehicles may not have the right hardware for the companys next-gen AI model. He says that the roughly 5x increase in parameter count with the next-gen AI is very difficult to achieve without upgrading the vehicle inference computer.Nvidia supply challengesJuly 23 During Teslas second-quarter earnings call, Musk says demand for Nvidia hardware is so high that its often difficult to get the GPUs.I think this therefore requires that we put a lot more effort on Dojo in order to ensure that weve got the training capability that we need, Musk says. And we do see a path to being competitive with Nvidia with Dojo.A graph in Teslas investor deck predicts that Tesla AI training capacity will ramp to roughly 90,000 H100 equivalent GPUs by the end of 2024, up from around 40,000 in June. Later that day on X, Musk posts that Dojo 1 will have roughly 8k H100-equivalent of training online by end of year. He also posts photos of the supercomputer, which appears to use the same fridge-like stainless steel exterior as Teslas Cybertrucks. From Dojo to CortexJuly 30 AI5 is ~18 months away from high-volume production, Musk says in a reply to a post from someone claiming to start a club of Tesla HW4/AI4 owners angry about getting left behind when AI5 comes out.August 3 Musk posts on X that he did a walkthrough of the Tesla supercompute cluster at Giga Texas (aka Cortex). He notes that it would be made roughly of 100,000 H100/H200 Nvidia GPUs with massive storage for video training of FSD & Optimus.August 26 Musk posts on X a video of Cortex, which he refers to as the giant new AI training supercluster being built at Tesla HQ in Austin to solve real-world AI.2025No updates on Dojo in 2025January 29 Teslas Q4 and full-year 2024 earnings call included no mention of Dojo. Cortex, Teslas new AI training supercluster at the Austin gigafactory, did make an appearance, however. Tesla noted in its shareholder deck that it completed the deployment of Cortex, which is made up of roughly 50,000 H100 Nvidia GPUs.Cortex helped enable V13 of FSD (Supervised), which boasts major improvements in safety and comfort thanks to 4.2x increase in data, higher resolution video inputs among other enhancements, according to the letter.During the call, CFO Vaibhav Taneja noted that Tesla accelerated the buildout of Cortex to speed up the rollout of FSD V13. He said that accumulated AI-related capital expenditures, including infrastructure, so far has been approximately $5 billion. In 2025, Taneja said he expects capex to be flat as it relates to AI.This story originally published August 10, 2024, and we will update it as new information develops.
