Annapurna Interactive has announced a dedicated showcase for its upcoming titles on February 24th at 9 AM PT. Running for 30 minutes, it will focus on the publishers 2025 line-up check out the teaser trailer below.The games in question include Wheel World (from Niddhog developer Messhof Games), to a T (from Katamari Damacy designer Keita Takahashi), and Wanderstop (from Davey Wreden of The Stanley Parable fame). You can also look forward to titles like Morsels, Skin Deep, Faraway and Lushfoil Photography Sim. The publisher also teased a few more surprises, which could mean anything from Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth and Mixtape to Silent Hill: Townfall (which Konami promised to deliver more updates on this year). Time will tell, so stay tuned.Annapurna saw a major shakeup last year when president and co-founder Nathan Gary resigned alongside his entire staff. President of Interactive and New Media, Hector Sanchez, assured that all existing contracts would be honored, and so far, that seems to be the case.

NetEase Games promised a new character trailer for Marvel Rivals after dropping its latest Developer Vision video, and it stars Johnny Storm, aka Human Torch. As a Duelist who can channel fire and engulf his entire body in flames, he remains in the air like Storm and Iron Man, dishing out red-hot damage. Check out some of his skills below.At a glance, Human Torch can throw out projectiles from the air and dive onto enemies, dealing burst damage and knocking back foes. His shots linger on the ground, and by activating a separate ability, he can link them while accelerating his fire rate.Johnnys Ultimate sees him going full Flame On and throwing fire tornadoes against opponents. If Storm is on your team, their Team-Up allows her Ultimate to take on blazing properties for even more area denial.Human Torch launches with the second half of Season 1 alongside The Thing on February 21st.

Acer CEO and chairman Jason Chen says your laptop will cost an extra 10 percent in the United States next month and that his rivals might attempt price gouging if they think youll pay even more.We think 10pc probably will be the default price increase because of the import tax. Its very straightforward, he told The Telegraph, referring to President Trumps 10 percent tariff on incoming goods from China. While big tech companies have generally been quiet on how theyll respond to Trump tariffs, Acer says it just made the decision to increase prices last week, and itll take effect a few weeks from now.It sounds like the price hike may not affect desktops, as Chen told The Telegraph that Acer had moved its desktop computer manufacturing outside China during Trumps earlier tariffs during his first term. He said Acer might now consider moving some of its laptop manufacturing outside China too, with US manufacturing as one of the options.But as of today, the vast majority of the worlds laptops are assembled in China even US-based companies like Apple, Dell, or HP all look to contract manufacturers there. The Telegraph doesnt have a quote from Chen about possible price gouging, but rather puts it like this:He said that some companies were likely to use the tariffs as an excuse to raise prices by more than 10pc.Weve reached out to other PC makers to see if theyll follow suit. Whereas people used to gather around water coolers in their offices to chat about a shows latest episode the morning after it aired, social media has now become a virtual water cooler of sorts, making it even easier to react in real time as dramatic events unfold on screen and connect with others watching the same thing across the world.Even as binge watching continues to grow, HBO has stayed a leader of must-watch appointment TV over the years. The White Lotus season 3 premiere alone had 2.4 million viewers, according to an HBO press release. This is a 57% increase from the season 2 premiere and a 155% increase from the season 1 premiere. This is the kind of growth you can get from word of mouth and people actively talking about a show every week for a month or more.But its not just The White Lotus season 3 premiere that proves that appointment TV is alive and well.
