  • Multi-angle Filming in a One-wall Green-Screen Studio | CyberGaffer

We’ve already talked about CyberGaffer’s speed, accuracy and reliability — now we’re highlighting a feature that’s tightly connected to our new approach: the ability to rotate the lighting for an entire scene simply by rotating the world in Unreal.

Until now this couldn’t be done within practical timeframes. In the CyberGaffer workflow it’s extremely easy, and will almost certainly become a routine tool because it takes virtually no time to use.

  • Real World Lighting Capture Workflow | CyberGaffer

What if you could capture real-world lighting and recreate it inside your green screen studio?

In this video, we show the new Real World Lighting Capture feature in CyberGaffer.

Instead of setting up a lighting task from a virtual scene, you can film the CyberGaffer calibrator sphere in a real-world location, upload that image, and let CyberGaffer calculate the closest possible lighting match using the fixtures available in your studio.

The result: a faster way to replicate real locations, build a reusable lighting scene library, and bring real-world lighting references into virtual production.
