The position is also responsible for the timely collection and reconciliation of non-licensing AR accounts.FLSA Classification (US Only): ExemptPeople Manager: NoWhat You Will DoAccurately prepare and post AR invoices, payments, credit memos and journal entries in our ERP system daily. This includes issuing non-inventory related invoices and credit memos, applying non-Licensing AR cash payments, and sending live checks received at the office to the bank as needed. Exercise of discretion and judgment is expected throughout this work streamReview sales orders submitted for release daily to ensure account within credit terms and limit. Exercise discretion and judgment to make recommendation on order release or holds to manager. Communicate order holds and rectifying actions to account holder and internal business partnersWork independently and closely with the customers to complete timely collection and reconciliations of non-licensing AR accounts. This may include, but not limited to, exercising discretion and judgment to assess customer requests. Generate and provide weekly statements to International DistributorsReview non-licensing account inquiries. Independently research and recommend resolutions to customers. Exercise judgment to escalate issues to management as neededAdminister legacy tournament award winner programWork in collaboration with the Sales Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of our consignment business partners, monitor and reconcile open AR balances, and follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepanciesLead completion of month end / year end closing processes to ensure that all non-licensing AR transactions are reconciled and posted in the ERP system by the end of the assigned AR period closing date (Generally EOD 1st business day of month), and all non-licensing cash has been posted and reconciled for the periodMaintain state sales tax exemption / resale certificates for all domestic Distributors, Direct Retailers & PTO’sWork independently and closely with internal teamsOther projects as assignedWhat You Will Bring7 or more years of experience in the Accounts Receivable fieldBachelor’s degree in business/accounting or relevant work experienceInstitute of Finance & Management Accounts Receivable Specialist certification preferredExperience with Oracle or other ERPsExperience with International transactions and currenciesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-task projectsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and accounting software applicationsAbility to work independently and as a team memberBase Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $93,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. The full range is $93,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
