• A Shield of Defensibility Protecting CISOs and Their Companies
    www.informationweek.com
In todays rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, CISOs are facing unprecedented challenges and scrutiny. From the SECs materiality rules to high-profile legal cases, such as SolarWinds and Clorox, CISOs increasingly face personal and professional risks related to perceived cybersecurity failures. Recently, Proofpoint surveyed 1,600 CISOs worldwide to get a pulse on how CISOs are navigating these challenges, finding that 66% are concerned about personal, financial, and legal liability in their role. Additionally, 72% indicated that they wouldnt join an organization that didnt offer them directors and officersinsurance or similar coverage to protect them against financial liability in the event of a successful cyberattack. Given these reasonable concerns, how can CISOs build a shield of defensibility to protect themselves and their organizations?Creating a System of RecordThe first critical step is for CISOs to build and maintain a comprehensive management system of record that meticulously documents key cybersecurity decisions, actions, and assessments.Begin by defining the scope and objectives of the management system, including the types of cybersecurity decisions, actions, and assessments to document, which regulatory requirements and industry standards the organization must adhere to, and the key stakeholders and their roles in the system.Related:CISOs may choose to store this system of record in a governance, risk, and compliance tool, a document management system, or a custom solution tailored to the organizations specific needs. In any case, the solution must document specific actions, decisions, and assessments, and include version control mechanisms to track changes over time, creating an audit trail that shows what changed, when, and why.Fulfilling the Duty of CareCISOs can demonstrate that they have fulfilled their duty of care by implementing a cybersecurity program that aligns with industry frameworks, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 to establish a structured approach for identifying and addressing risks. CISOs must also conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security gaps and work to ensure their teams develop, document, and maintain robust security policies, procedures, and controls. These policies, procedures, and controls may be integrated into ongoing cybersecurity awareness training to ensure a broader understanding of business risks, including those related to human errors.Related:In addition to continuously assessing the effectiveness of controls and overall security posture, the CISO and their security team must stay up to date with relevant compliance requirements and meet or exceed them. The recent SEC requirements requiring disclosure of material cybersecurity incidents within four days of determining that the cybersecurity incident is material further highlight the need for CISOs to implement incident response and business continuity plans. As threat actors swiftly shift tactics and techniques, security teams must regularly test and update these plans in order to be able to report quickly and accurately on the materiality of such incidents.Communicating Cyber DecisionsCyber incidents are increasingly disrupting business operations, driving CISOs and other cybersecurity leaders to communicate cyber risks, mitigation strategies, and resource needs with other executives and the board of directors. Instead of focusing on technical details of breach prevention and different threat models, CISOs must now communicate cyber risk in terms of business objectives and impact. Provide clear, regular updates to establish ongoing communication about the cybersecurity program and how it enables the organization as a whole to meet its business goals. Use real-world scenarios to test cyber resilience and communicate those results as a way to make abstract risks more tangible and relatable to stakeholders. This approach facilitates informed decision-making and enables them to discuss pros, cons, and recommended courses of action.Related:By employing these strategies, CISOs can ensure executives and board members have the necessary business context to understand and support cybersecurity decisions, both in day-to-day operations and during critical cybersecurity incidents. By framing cybersecurity initiatives and risks in terms of how they align with and support overall business goals, security leadership can more effectively communicate the reasons for different cyber decisions and ensure that the board understands business risks as they relate to cybersecurity threats.A Three-Layer Shield of DefensibilityIn an era of regulatory upheaval and increasingly sophisticated threat actors, many CISOs are held accountable for cybersecurity incidents that have materially impacted -- or are likely to impact -- their organizations strategy, operations, or financial stability. While the SEC rule applies primarily to public companies, every CISO feels the pressure to protect both their careers and their organizations.Building a strong shield of defensibility, inclusive of the three layers below, collectively protect the CISO and the organization they serve:A system of record that thoroughly documents all cybersecurity effortsA comprehensive cybersecurity program that aligns with industry frameworksA strong communication plan on how cyber risks translate into business objectives and impactsBy fostering a culture of security, responding quickly and accurately during crises, and strategically communicating about cyber risks to the business, this cohesive approach fortifies both CISOs and organizations against cyber threats and regulatory scrutiny.

  • Uber Now Lets You Hail Robotaxis in Austin. Plus, Other Cities Where You Can Catch a Ride With Waymo
    www.cnet.com
Self-driving cars are slowly becomingless dystopian and more real-worldas companies likeWaymo -- the driverless arm of Google parent company Alphabet -- expand into more cities. And on Tuesday, the company launched its partnership with Uber in Austin, Texas, so users can hail a robotaxi right from the rideshare app. Users can now take a driverless ride across 37 square miles of the city, with plans for future expansions.Waymo currently operates fully autonomous rides for the general public in San Francisco, Phoenix and Los Angeles via theWaymo One app. In Phoenix, passengers can also summon a ride through the Uber app.Waymo and Uber plan to expand their partnership again in Atlanta later this year. Waymo will also be testing with manually driven vehicles in10 new citiesthis year, starting with Las Vegas and San Diego. The autonomous rides take place aboard the all-electricJaguar I-Pace, but in October, Waymo announced it'spartnering with Hyundaito bring the next generation of its technology intoIoniq 5SUVs. In the years to come, riders will be able to summon those all-electric, autonomous vehicles using the Waymo One app.Waymo says it provides more than 200,000 trips each week across San Francisco, Phoenix and Los Angeles. I've hailed several rides myself in San Francisco, and as off-putting as it can seem at first (especially to see a steering wheel turn by itself), I quickly adjusted and it soon felt like an ordinary ride. That's not to say there hasn't been pushback as Waymo rolls out to more cities. The company's vehicles have been involved in a handful of high-profile collisions, includingone with a bikerin San Francisco, and another with a towed pickup truck in Phoenix. (Itrecalled and updated its softwareto address the issue.) In response to concerns, Waymo says that across 14.8 million miles, its autonomous Waymo Driver technology "was up to 3.5x better in avoiding crashes that cause injuries and 2x better in avoiding police-reported crashes than human drivers in SF and Phoenix." It also released adata hublast year, detailing efforts to improve road safety using its technology. As Waymo continues to expand and develop its self-driving tech, here's a guide to how and where to summon the robotaxi if you happen to be in one of the few cities where the company currently operates its fleet. Watch this: Testing Waymo's Safe Exit Feature in a Self-Driving Taxi 05:29 Hailing a ride in PhoenixPhoenix was the first city to open up fully autonomous Waymo rides to the public, in 2020. To hail a ride, download theWaymo One app oniOSorAndroid-- no waiting list needed. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.As a teaser for what's to come in Austin and Atlanta, you can also use the Uber app to summon one of Waymo's vehicles in Phoenix. When you request an UberX, Uber Green, Uber Comfort or Uber Comfort Electric ride, you'll have the choice to confirm a Waymo ride, if you're matched. In addition to hailing a ride, you may also have your Uber Eats meal delivered by an autonomous car. When placing an order in the Phoenix area, you might get a note that "autonomous vehicles may deliver your order." When the Waymo car arrives, take your phone with you to pop open the trunk and grab your delivery. You can opt out of this during checkout if you'd rather have a human deliver your food.Hailing a ride in San FranciscoSan Francisco followed suit after Phoenix, rolling outfully autonomous rides in late 2022. It scrapped the waiting list in June, so now anyone can simply download the Waymo One app to ride anytime. The service also operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There's currently no Uber partnership in San Francisco. In August, Waymo expanded its ride-hailing service into the San Francisco Peninsula, adding 10 square miles and venturing into Daly City, Broadmoor and Colma. It now operates across 55 square miles of the Bay Area.Hailing a ride in Los AngelesIn November, Waymo scrapped its waitlist for Los Angeles and began welcoming all public riders via the Waymo One app. Now any interested passengers can hop in the robotaxis 24/7 and ride across nearly 90 square miles of LA county, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Inglewood and Downtown LA -- with plans to expand into more areas soon.Hailing a ride in AustinIn Austin, the only way to hail a Waymo ride is through Uber -- no Waymo One app here. By requesting an UberX, Uber Green, Uber Comfort or Uber Comfort Electric, you could be matched with a Waymo vehicle -- and you won't be upcharged. If you'd rather not take a driverless ride, you'll have the option to switch to a standard one. On the other hand, if you want to boost your chances of being matched to a self-driving car, you can go to Account>Settings >Autonomous vehicles, then hit the toggle next to Get more Waymo rides.Unlock the door, pop open the trunk and start the ride from the Uber app. You'll still be asked to rate your ride at the end -- but you won't be asked to tip.If there are any issues, riders can access human support 24/7 via both the Uber app and from inside the Waymo vehicle (there are screens in the front and back that let you quickly summon customer support). As part of the Uber partnership, Uber will manage tasks like vehicle cleaning and repair, while "Waymo will continue to be responsible for the testing and operation of the Waymo Driver, including roadside assistance and certain rider support functions," the companies said. The collaboration should make autonomous rides accessible to more people, who now won't have to download a separate app to hitch a ride in a robotaxi.Coming soon: AtlantaIn Atlanta, public riders can catch a driverless ride via the Uber app starting in early 2025. Waymo employees are currently the only people in Atlanta who can hail the fully autonomous vehicles.Members of the public in Atlanta can join aninterest listand be notified when it's time to ride. The road ahead: Miami and future vehiclesMiami is also next on Waymo's list, but you'll have to wait until 2026 to ride there via the Waymo One app, the company says. It's been conducting weather testing in the lead-up to this rollout, noting in a blog post, "Our previous road trips to the Sunshine State's challenging rainy conditions have been invaluable in advancing our autonomous driving capabilities."Waymo will collaborate with Moove, a fintech company that offers vehicle financing, first in Phoenix, where Moove will manage the robotaxi's fleet operations, facilities and charging infrastructure. In both Phoenix and then Miami, "Waymo will continue to offer our service through the Waymo One app, and remain responsible for validation and operation of the Waymo Driver," the company said in ablog post.In August, Waymo unveiled thesixth generation of its self-driving technology, which aims to expand the capabilities of its driverless fleet. Smarter sensors are meant to help the cars better navigate in extreme weather, Waymo said. The sixth-gen Driver will come aboard the all-electric Zeekr vehicle, which features a flat floor, more head- and legroom, adjustable seats and a removable steering wheel and pedals. The updated tech is still being tested, and the company says it'll be available to riders soon.In October, Waymo also announced a partnership with Hyundai to integrate its sixth-generation Driver into the all-electric Ioniq 5 SUV, which, according to a blog post, "will be added to the Waymo One fleet over time." The companies added that they "plan to produce a fleet of Ioniq 5s equipped with Waymo's technology in significant volume over multiple years to support Waymo One's growing scale." Testing with these vehicles will start by late 2025 and become available "in the years to follow."Currently, everyday riders can't take a Waymo vehicle on highways and freeways, but that may soon change. The company is testing fully autonomous rides onfreeways in Phoenix, as seen in an exclusive video shared with CNET in May. It's also now making fully autonomous freeway rides available to Waymo employees in Los Angeles.Waymo is working to expand its autonomous driving tech into trucking as well, but it said last year that it's scaling back those efforts for the time being, to focus on ride-hailing with Waymo One. It noted, "Our ongoing investment in advancing Waymo Driver capabilities, especially on freeways, will directly translate to trucking and benefit its development efforts."

  • Here's how realistic The Sims-like Inzoi handles WooHoo
    www.eurogamer.net
Here's how realistic The Sims-like Inzoi handles WooHooSex and the city.Image credit: Krafton / Eurogamer News by Victoria Kennedy News Reporter Published on March 4, 2025 Inzoi - the upcoming and rather realistic looking Sims-like - is set to launch in early access later this month, and ahead of that people want to know one very important thing: what's the sex situation?Sex is, of course, a pretty common feature in Maxis and EA's The Sims series, where it is known as WooHoo. And Inzoi players want to have a deeper understanding of what will be the WooHoo equivalent in Krafton's own life-sim.8 Wholesome 2025 Cosy Games. Watch on YouTubeThe Inzoi team recently hosted a Q&A session via the game's Discord, where it was asked: "In Inzoi will you be able to have interactions for the purpose of creating babies?" (thanks, PC Gamer). So, essentially, let's talk about sex, baby, but without actually using that word. Here's what assistant director Joel Lee had to say about sex in Izoi: "There is a feature in the game that you obviously know what's happening, the male Zoi and the female Zoi are together, likely in bed, with the intention of creating babies. How visually apparent is that? That's where you have to go to your imagination. "What you're seeing is not what you're seeing; you have to assume that's what's happening. Is that clear enough for everyone? It's there. Sort of. Maybe not to the level that everyone would have been expecting."Reading this, I assume this means Inzoi won't feature the same over-the-top interactions such as shaking bushes, love hearts popping out of rocket ships and a bombastic firework finale like we see in The Sims 4. That is perhaps understandable, given Inzoi is going for a more realistic tone (even if the characters do wear towels in the shower).I am still not sure exactly what sex in Inzoi will look like, though. Also, given the game will feature same-sex relationships, I presume sex won't only be limited to - in Lee's words - the intention of creating babies.Izoi is set to release in early access on 28th March, via Steam. Our Ian along with Outside Xbox's Jane went hands on with Inzoi last year. You can check out their thoughts on the game - including its toilet animations - below.Ian-Zoi... Watch on YouTubeIn the meantime, and if you want to have some life-sim-WooHoo-related-fun, last year EA released the Lovestruck Expansion Pack for The Sims 4. This pack added new romantic interactions, which include a new kiss, a sultry dance and three new WooHoo spots. It also added a sexy aubergine costume, because of course.

  • Nintendo's latest legal win against piracy "significant" for "the entire games industry"
    www.eurogamer.net
Nintendo's latest legal win against piracy "significant" for "the entire games industry"File-sharing site beaten after long-running battle.Image credit: Nintendo News by Tom Phillips Editor-in-Chief Published on March 4, 2025 Nintendo has trumpeted its latest legal success in the company's ongoing fight against pirated games as "significant" not only for itself, "but for the entire games industry".The Mario maker today confirmed it had won a final victory over French file-sharing company Dstorage, which operates the website 1fichier.com, following years of legal wrangling and repeated appeals.Nintendo's victory means European file-sharing companies must now remove illegal copies of games when asked to do so, or be held accountable and cough up potentially sizable fines as punishment. In 2021, the Judicial Court of Paris ordered Dstorage pay Nintendo 935k (773k) in damages after it was found to be hosting pirate games. Dstorage launched an appeal, which then failed in 2023, and was ordered to pay Nintendo further costs. But the case didn't end there. Dstorage finally took the matter to the highest French judiciary court, where it argued that a specific court order was required before it needed to remove content from its hosting services. This bid has also now failed, ending the long-running matter for good."Nintendo is pleased with the court's finding of liability against Dstorage," reads a statement from the Mario maker shared with Eurogamer this morning. "Together with its recent decision of 15th January 2025, confirming that a major French Bank had rightfully terminated a payment processing agreement with 1fichier.com due to lacking anti-piracy measures, the French Supreme Court leaves no doubt that sharehosting providers like 1fichier.com are not a safe haven for storing and sharing illegal content."Nintendo promotes and fosters development and creativity, and strongly supports developers who legitimately create new and innovative software. Nintendo's message to consumers is not to download pirate copies of Nintendo games as this increases the risk that this will interfere with the functionality and experience that playing legitimate Nintendo games on authentic Nintendo hardware provides."Nintendo's campaign against game piracy has regularly hit the headlines over the past year, perhaps most notably with the shutdown of Switch emulator Yuzu - whose creator agreed to pay Nintendo $2.4m (1.89m). Last summer, Nintendo tracked down the moderator behind the infamous SwitchPirates reddit and claimed the individual ran "several pirate shops" that sold "massive libraries of pirated Nintendo Switch games". Nintendo is seeking damages in the millions of dollars. In November 2024, Nintendo filed a lawsuit against a streamer who regularly played pirated copies of Nintendo games ahead of release, including The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom and Mario & Luigi: Brothership. The streamer had previously boasted he "could do all this all day" as he had "1000 burner accounts".

Rest assured, all imagery and advice is unique and original. Check out how we test and review games hereFortnite leaks are a big part of the battle royale game. Since it came out in September 2017, data miners have been a huge part of it. Thanks to them, we now know some of the content that Epic Games planned in the future. However, last year had the biggest Fortnite leak of all time, and as big as it was, it also negatively affected the game.In this article, we will take a look at the leak and the impact it had. Well also see just how accurate the leak was. This Fortnite leak revealed plan for an entire yearBack in April 2024, the entire Fortnite roadmap was leaked. It included information about future content for every game mode, from LEGO Fortnite to Festival. In addition to this, the roadmap also showed a couple of collaborations, such as Pirates of the Caribbean and Fall Guys. Furthermore, the leak revealed that another throwback season would come at the end of the year.Interestingly, the leak turned out to be nearly 100% accurate, as most of its content was released according to the roadmap. A couple of things, such as Klombo in LEGO Fortnite, came to the game later than the roadmap showed. However, there is no doubt that this was the biggest leak Fortnite has ever had.The Fortnite roadmap revealed all the content coming in 2024. Image by VideoGamerNow, leaks are generally good as they hype up the community. But this time, it had a rather negative effect. In early 2024, most Fortnite players knew about the things that would come later on, which is why the excitement dropped significantly. The element of surprise, one of Fortnites biggest strengths, was lost. Players no longer experienced the thrill of discovery when new seasons or collaborations were announced because they had already seen them months in advance through leaks. All of this led to a noticeable decline in community engagement. Instead of speculating and theorizing about upcoming content, players would discuss the leaked roadmap and everything that it contained, often expressing disappointment if something didnt meet their expectations. The usual buzz surrounding live events and season reveals certainly felt weaker, as everything was revealed, more or less.Fortunately, Epic Games ended the year and the chapter on a high note, bringing some of the most amazing content by the end of the year. The Fortnite developer revealed another amazing Marvel season, followed by a Chapter 2 throwback. The year ended with the second-most-popular live event in Fortnite history and the release of Chapter 6. Rest assured, all imagery and advice is unique and original. Check out how we test and review games hereBaldurs Gate 3 is one of the best interpretations of Dungeons and Dragons ever made, leading to a huge crossover in fans of both the tabletop game and the video game spin-off.In celebration of Larians brilliant RPG adaptation, Baldurs Gate 3 character Astarion has officially been added to the newest addition of the Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manual, but this isnt the only time the character has popped up.Astarion keeps turning up in D&DSpotted by fans in the Baldurs Gate 3 community, Astarion has been spotted within the latest release of the D&D Monster Manual.Within the new book, one page has a quote from a character known as Astarion, Vampire Spawn. As expected, the quote is very much something the character would say: Darling, you are simply delicious. However, this isnt the only time Astarion has jumped from Baldurs Gate 3 into other Dungeons and Dragons content. In fact, the lovable vampire even turned up in last years official 2024 Dungeons and Dragons Player Manual, albeit there he was burning in a truly haunting scene of dread.I added him on my own from the sketch of that image, and the art directors thought it was fine to leave him there as a small easter egg for those who notice, said artist David Astruga (thanks, GamesRadar). It doesnt have any further relevance, but its good to remember that Astarion is a Wizards character, so he could obviously appear here or there. With the extreme popularity of BG3, it seems that the games lovable cast of characters will continue to pop up in more D&D content in the future. Although its just a Astarion for now, perhaps we could see best girl Shadowheart make an appearance sometime in the future. For more BG3 coverage, check out a new mod that adds World of Warcraft locations to the game, or another that adapts characters from Heroes of the Storm into awesome new Feats.Baldurs Gate 3Platform(s):macOS, PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series S/X, Xbox Series XGenre(s):Adventure, RPG, Strategy10VideoGamerRelated TopicsBaldurms Gate 3 Subscribe to our newsletters!By subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy and may receive occasional deal communications; you can unsubscribe anytime.Share

  • Tesla electric car sales plunge again in Australia Model 3 down more than 81 per cent
    thedriven.io
Comments Image: Riz AkhtarThe plunge in Tesla electric vehicle sales has continued into February, according to the latest official data, with combined sales of the Model Y and Model 3 EVs plunging 71.9 per cent in the month of February, compared to the same month a year earlier. The data from the Electric Vehicle Council shows that Tesla recorded just 1,592 EV sales in February, down from 5,665 for February last year. For the first two months of the year, sales have slumped 66 per cent to 2,331 from 6,772 in 2024.Tesla supporters insist the sales plunge which is also intense in European countries is only the result of inventory levels and customers waiting for refreshed Model Y, and some increased competition. But most analysts and observers also point to the influence that CEO Elon Musk is having on the market because of his partnership with US president Donald Trump and his open support for far right political causes. In Australia, sales of the Model Y fell to 924 in February from 2,072 in February last year. If that were to be the result only of inventory issues and customers waiting for the refreshed Model Y, it does not explain the 81.4 per cent fall in Model 3 sales to just 668 units in February, from 3,593 in the same month of 2024, and 2,671 in February, 2023.It could also be that the Model 3 is simply past its use-by date, particularly with the arrival of competition from China such as the BYD Seal.Source: Electric Vehicle Council.Polestar is also seeing sales of its Polestar 2 electric fasts-back once seen as a rival to the M3 slump sharply, down to just 36 from 112 a year earlier. But Polestar is also rolling out a number of new models, and the EVC data reveals that its overall sales are up 11.6 per cent over the same month a year earlier. This has been driven by the newly launched Polestar 4 has achieved 83 sales, taking its year to date total to 144, while the more expensive Polestar 3 achieved just 6 sales in February, taking its year to date sales to 8.The health of the overall EV market in Australia will be revealed in more detail on Wednesday with the release of data from other car makers via the main car lobby, the FCAI. Tesla and Polestar left the FCAI last year because of differences about policies, including the federal governments new vehicle emissions standards.Tesla, however, has an outsize influence on the Australian market, having accounted for well over half of all EV sales in recent years, although the emergence of lower cost Chinese EVs ate away some of that market dominance in 2024.In Europe, where the EV market is resurgent Tesla EVs account for between 5 and 15 per cent of individual country markets. Its sales, however, are also plunging badly, amid community push back against his support of the far right AfD party in Germany, and his intervention on behalf of far right politicians and individuals in the UK and elsewhere. In the US, demonstrations were held at more than 50 Tesla dealerships over the weekend, according to CNN, while in Canada more than 300,000 people have signed a petition calling on the government to rescind Musks citizenship, offended by his statements that include a declaration that Canada is not a real country.Tesla stock has also fallen sharply, reversing almost all of the gains it made in the post Trump election victory euphoria. That are now growing calls for the Tesla board to consider replacing Musk, although there is no sign they intend to do that and are more interested in selling their shares.According to Electrek, chairperson Robyn Denholm, an Australia, has sold more Tesla stock, taking her total sales over the last three months (since the Trump election) to more than $US100 million.Kimball Musk, Elons brother, and Teslas Chief Financial Officer Taneja Vaibhav also recently sold ahead of a recent drop in the companys stock price. Doom-pping InTony Hawks Pro Skater 3+4 release date seemingly leaks ahead of official reveal, along with a deluxe edition that'll make you shout 'Hell yeah' as you kickflipYeah, I think we've reached the point where that countdown ending in anything else would be a big plot twist, if not an impossible one.Image credit: Activision News by Mark Warren Senior Staff Writer Published on March 4, 2025 The Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 smoke continues to gather ahead of the timer on the series' website hitting zeros later today, with a prominent leaker now having claimed to have revealed the release date of the game - as well as details about different editions of it.This leak, which follows the spotting of a rating for THPS 3 + 4 on the website of the Singaporean Infocomm Media Development Authority last month, comes from Billbil-kun - a user with a strong track record. To see this content please enable targeting cookies. According to the leaker, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is set to release on July 11. So, that'd give you about four months to wait for your chance to drop into some familiar parks and definitely not fall off your board in embarrassing fashion.Along with that, Billbil-kun claims that it'll be available via three diferent editions - a standard edition, deluxe edition, and a collectors edition, with the latter two allegedly offering three days of early access. According to the leaker, the prices for these will be $49.99, $69.99, and $129.99.They also claim to know some of the extra stuff the deluxe edition will offer, and it sounds like it'll be a treat for Doom lovers, with Doom slayer and revenant skaters, a hoverboard resembling the Unmaykr, and some extra music in there. Pre-ordering any edition will also allegedly net you a Wireframe Tony shader and access to a demo featuring Foundry, the first level from THPS 3.We'll have to wait and see if this stuff is true at 6PM GMT/1PM ET/10AM PT today, with that being the time when that aforementioned official timer is set to expire. For now, though, it's looking about as promising as things like this can. Will you be playing THPS 3 + 4 this summer, if these leaks turn out to be accurate? Let us know below!

Activision has announced that it needs a bit more time to put together this update, but has also promised that when it does drop, it'll be "a big moment".With classic map Verdansk on its way sometime soon - this season being a definite possibility in terms of its entry point - it's a delay that'll frustrate some folks. But, hey, at least the new release date announced isn't quite April Fools' Day.To see this content please enable targeting cookies. "Season 3 is a big moment for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6, and we're taking the time to deliver a great experience starting on April 3," Activision wrote in a social media post confirming the new plans, "More to come following Call of Duty: Warzones 5th anniversary next week"So, April 3 is the date you've got to look forward to now, rather than the March 20 date that had been pencilled in the new season's start point, because it's when season 2 is slated to end. That means two more weeks of waiting are on tap for you, but that tease of more stuff to come following Warzone's fifth birthday on March 10 could mean you're at least not waiting for announcements regarding what the fresh season will bring.
