Every simulation was run for around 144 frames. The RBD simulation took approximately 10 minutes with 10 substeps, the main explosion simulation took about 8 hours with 5 substeps and a voxel size of 0.025, and the inner fire simulation took about 2 hours, using 5 substeps and a voxel size of 0.025.
