Smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices sold in the European Union (EU) will be required to have a sticker in the box detailing their battery and efficiency information starting June 2025. The move is said to be a part of the Energy Labelling Regulation commissioned by the European Parliament on April 16, aimed at facilitating consumers' choice in favour of more sustainable and energy efficient products. The labels will need to be revised during the product's lifetime if any changes are made to the specifications, as per the regulation.EPREL Sticker on Electronic Devices Sold in EUAs per the Energy Labelling Regulation, smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices introduced to the market will be required to feature an European Product Registry for Energy Labelling (EPREL) sticker, commonly known as an ENERGY label, in the box showing their energy class and battery endurance for each individual unit. This applies to goods placed in the market starting June 20, 2025 and focuses on the measures to extend the lifetime of a product.This regulation is said to be applicable on cordless phones which use a landline telecommunications network, smartphones with cellular or satellite network, feature phones without internet access or third-party apps, and tablets with screen size between 7 inches and 17.4 inches.Interestingly, mobile phones and tablets with a flexible main screen are fully exempt from this regulation. Devices will be required to display information regarding their energy efficiency, battery longevity, dust and water resistance rating, and resistance to accidental drops. Further, the regulation mentions that a product placed in the EU market will also need to display a repairability score.As per the commission, this regulation is aimed at helping consumers make a more informed and sustainable choice when purchasing an electronic device and encourage sustainable consumption. If the OEM makes any changes such as OS upgrade, re-testing of the device and revision of the energy label will be required, if any changes in values are observed.As part of the eco-design requirements, the devices will also be required to comply with the following criteria:Photo Credit: European Comission Resistance to accidental drops or scratches and protection from dust and water. Since Tekken 8 got its major Season 2 update, the game has seen quite a bit of criticism from its player base. Issues with the game have gotten severe enough that, just a few days after releasing the 2.00.02 patch for the game, game director Kohei Ikeda has taken to social media platform X to apologise for the current state of the game. For context, with the Season 2 update, Tekken 8‘s overall gameplay was changed up quite a bit. This was seemingly done in an effort to discourage players from going all-out on offense, and Bandai Namco wanted players to adopt a slower, more defensive play style. This move has been widely criticised by Tekken 8 players, who have since taken to posting negative reviews about the game on Steam. At the time of publishing, Steam ratings for Tekken 8 are currently sitting at an aggregate of Overwhelmingly Negative for its recent reviews, with 5,412 negative reviews. This has brought the game’s overall rating down to Mixed for all reviews, with a total of more than 35,000 reviews. “To all Tekken fans around the world, thank you, as always, for your continued support,” posted Ikeda on X. “I would like to offer my heartfelt apologies as the Game Director for the fact that the recently released Season 2 did not meet your expectations and caused inconvenience due to critical issues.” Ikeda closed off the post by talking about the team consistently working on the game after taking player feedback into account. A few hours ago, X0XLEAK revealed on X that Oblivion Remastered will be 120.94 GB big. While the file size is a huge jump of over 2000% over the original game and the Definitive Edition, it isn't particularly surprising, considering plenty of other games powered by Unreal Engine 5 sport massive file sizes. The leaker also provided proof that this is the correct file size, as it is the size Steam reports. Thankfully, we won't have to wait much longer to learn if Oblivion Remastered will indeed require so much storage space, as one of 2025's worst-kept gaming secrets is apparently releasing later today. Even if the game is not launching before the end of the day, its release shouldn't be too far off in the future, as multiple insiders have been suggesting for some time that the highly anticipated remaster of the fourth entry in the series, developed by Bethesda, will make its debut this week. According to other rumors, Oblivion Remastered will also feature all the DLC packs released for the original, so the remaster is really setting out to be the best way to experience one of the most beloved role-playing games of all time. إن الحديث والنقاش المُطوّل مع هؤلاء ما هو إلا إتعاب للعضلات الفكيّة وعضلات اللسان لديك، حاول ألا تدخل معهم ولا تقترب منهم، وإلا فلتكن مستعداً لتحويل حياتك إلى جحيم. 1/ البركان Volcano بشكل عام صاحب شخصية البركان عبارة عن إنسان دائم العصبيّة وغير قادر على ضبط مشاعره والتحكم بتصرفاته وأفعاله، عبارة عن كتلة من المشاعر المتأججة والمُتوهجة باستمرار، ومع أول منفذ لخروج هذه المشاعر ستجده ينفجر في وجهك. صاحب شخصيّة البركان يكون دائم الترهيب للوسط المُحيط به، جميع من حوله في حالة قصوى من التأهب عند التعامل معه وعلى استعداد دائم لتلقي كم كبير من الانفعالات الطائشة والغبيّة غالباً. اختصاراً لكل هذه القيود والرهبة الزائدة، حاول أن تبتعد عن هؤلاء الأشخاص البركانيين كي لا يثوروا عليك ويحولوا حياتك إلى حِمم حقيقية! 2/ الساحر Charmer الشخصيّة الساحرة من الشخصيّات الأنيقة جداً والمُهتمة بمظهرها الخارجي بشكل زائد جداً ومُلّفت للأنظار، لكن خلف كل هذه الأناقة والجماليّات هناك عُقد نفسيّة هي التي دفعت لكل هذا. الساحر عبارة عن شخص سطحي وشرير بنفس الوقت، سر استخدامه للمظهر الخارجي واهتمامه به هو استغلال الناس، اعتقاداً منه أن البشر جميعهم يتعاملون بناءً على الأشكال فقط، لذلك يكون الساحر شخصاً عديم القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية، مؤمناً بالشكليّات فقط. 3/ النرجسي Narcissist الشخص النرجسي هو الشخص الذي يعتبر نفسه محور الكون، لم يُخلق أي شخص غيره على سطح الكرة الأرضية وكأنه هو الهدف الأخير والنهائي من كل هذه الحياة. لا تستغرب إن اتصل بك في إحدى الليالي ليكلمك عن نفسه وعن أي شيء يخصه، فالمسكين يعتبر نفسه شيئاً مهماً جداً. سيكلمك عن نفسه وعن تجاربه وعن عظمته وعن مدى حظك الكبير لوجود هكذا شخص مثله في حياتك. مع هذا فلتتجاهل عظمته وعبقريته ولتسدي إليه معروفاً… ولتتخلص منه! نعم كما قرأت.. الانتحار، غير ذلك فلتكن مستعداً لمشاهدة فيلم هندي نسيَ النازيون أن يضعوه ضمن أساليب التعذيب في الحرب العالميّة الثانية. 5/ المُتشائم Cynic ينظر إلى الحياة بسوداويّة شديدة، لو قررت أن تبتسم وتضحك في وجهه سيتهمك بالغباء والجنون، لأن الحياة – من وجهة نظره – مجبولة على الحزن والتعاسة وسلسلة الهيمالايا من المصائب، غالباً ستجده غير مُهتم ومبالٍ بمظهره الخارجي ويسخر من كل أحد يبدو ولو بشيء قليل من الأناقة. وجود هذا الشخص في حياتك كافٍ لتحطيم أي مصدر للسعادة وأي عنوان لفرح أو بسمة أمل صغيرة.. فلتسارع بالتخلص منه. 6/ الشاكي Complainer وجود هذا الشخص في حياتك تحديداً هو سبب رئيس في إلقاء نفسك ضمن بحيرة تماسيح صائمة لمدة شهر عن اللحوم! الشخص الشاكي سبب دمار جهازك العصبي وإزعاج بقيّة أعضاء الجسم وخلخلتها. شخصيّة تشتكي من كل شيء، من الظروف.. الأسرة.. العمل.. الكليّة.. الجار.. التليفون.. كوب الماء.. وحتى من الغسّالة في المنزل! وجود هكذا شخص في حياتك ضروري جداً في تسريع إصابتك بالشيب وزيادة التجاعيد في وجهك، إن كنت ترغب بالموت المُبكر فلتجعله صديقك إذاً. 7/ الفظّ Boor الشخصيّة الفظّة شخصيّة استغلالية بشكل كبير، هدف الشخص الفظّ هو تحقيق فوائد من مُرافقتك والتصاقه الدائم بك، غير ذلك فأنت لا تعني له شيئاً لأنك لا تفيده بشيء. سيأكل من طعامك بالرغم من امتلاكه للطعام، سيقترض منك بعض المال بالرغم من عدم فقره، سيطلب منك أي شيء بالرغم من امتلاكه إياه! فقط لا يريد أن تكون صداقته معك بدون فوائد وبدون أي مكاسب يصل إليها. 8/ الفتى الشرس Wild Child فتى الغابة.. الفتى الحماسي.. الفتى الثائر، الشخصيّة الحماسيّة سبب في مشاكل ضخمة وزائدة عن الحد المطلوب، لو كنت موظفاً بسيطاً في شركة ما وتلقيت تنبيه من المدير، الشخصيّة الحماسيّة ستدفعك لأن تستقيل أو تذهب وتصرخ في وجه المدير أو تفجر مبنى العمل! الشخصيّة الحماسيّة هائجة وثائرة دائماً، مجرد أفعال وسلوكيّات بدون أي تفكير وأية حُسبان للعواقب التي قد تنتج! وجود الفتى الشرس ضمن لائحة الأشخاص الذي يجب عليك مقابلتهم يومياً مُضر جداً، قد تتعرض لطرد من الوظيفة أو ورقة فصل من كليّتك أو زج في السجن بسبب أمر ما نتيجة لحظة حماس زائدة ناتجة من طفل شرس بجوارك. 9/ الحالم Dreamer ليس المُتفائل ولا الطموح ولا المُخطط للمستقبل، أنما الحالم.. مُجرد أحلام ورديّة مُعلقة في الهواء دون أي تنفيذ أو خطط على أرض الواقع. شخص مليء بالأفكار والخطط المستقبليّة والمشاريع الرائعة التي لا تلبث أن تخرج من بين شفتيه حتى تُنسى وكأنها لم تكن! غالباً الشخص الحالم هو شخص بائس وتعيس نفسياً، شخص محبوس ضمن إطار أحلام شاءت الظروف ألا تتحقق .. فاستمر بالحلم والحلم والحلم مُحوّلاً حياة من حوله إلى حلم بغيض لن تستيقظ منه! 10/ الفتى التائه Lost Boy شخص عديم المسؤولية… غير مبال، السبب في كل المشاكل والكوارث هم من حوله وبجواره، أما هو غير مخطئ لأنه غير آبه بأي شيء. غالباً الشخصيّة التائهة شخصيّة مُصطنعة، فهو شخص ذكي وجدَ أن حالة اللامُبالاة واصطناع عدم المسؤولية مُريحة جداً، ولا سيما في المواقف التي تتطلب بعض الجديّات والحزم في اتخاذ القرارات المصيريّة. إن حاولت أن تُبعد هذه الشخصيّات السامة عن حياتك اليوميّة فربما ستجد نفسك تشعر وكأنك أول بشريّ هبطَ على كوكب المريخ في إحدى الواحات الرمليّة الشاسعة، أو كآخر إنسان بقيَ حياً على كوكب الأرض! لكن ما الفائدة التي ستجنيها من شخص ينفجر في وجهك لأتفه سبب أو بدون سبب حتى، وآخر يتعامل معك على أساس شكلك ومظهرك الخارجي، ثم تصادف إنساناً يريد منك أن تنتحر معه بسبب غباء حياته، ثم تصطدم بشخص نرجسي يعتقد أنه محور الكون وأن الحياة قد خلقت لأجله!
