Worth mentioning there should be no issues for getting an Xbox physical. Only 3 known Xbox collectors in the world, and one of them is Jaw :p Also, Fantasian is definitely a smaller scale release, the difference is its Square Enix vs. GungHo who doesn't have a good track record, let alone much of a track record.

الأوروبية)تدخل الحرب المفروضة على السودان وشعبه عامها الثالث، وقد تغيّر كثيرٌ من معالم المعركة، وتغيّر ميزان القوى في ميدان القتال، وأثّر ذلك على مواقف الفاعلين الإقليميين والدوليين بشكل ملحوظ. فقد أدّت انتصارات القوات المسلحة السودانية الباهرة، والهزيمة النكراء التي لحقت بمليشيا الدعم السريع، إلى فرض إرادة الدولة السودانية التي كادت أن تُختطف، وتعزّزت السردية الحقيقية لهذه الحرب، والتي تهدف إلى هو الأصلَ فيها، والخلاف والنزاع شأنًا عابرًا. إعلان الثابت والمتغير في العلاقات من أهم الثوابت في هذه العلاقة أنها علاقات قديمة ضاربة الجذور في التاريخ والثقافة والموروث الاجتماعي بين المجموعات العرقية والقبائل المشتركة، وهي علاقة ذات ديناميكية اجتماعية متجددة. يربط السودان وتشاد حدود طويلة تزيد عن 1.400 كيلومتر، وهي أطول حدود تربط السودان بدول جواره السبع بعد حدوده مع دولة جنوب السودان. والحدود بين البلدين مفتوحة لا تعيقها تضاريس وعرة، مما جعل حركة السكان سهلة وميسّرة ويصعب السيطرة عليها. فهي أرض شاسعة، منبسطة وخصبة، تمتد في شكل حزام طويل واسع ومتداخل من منطقة موندو وأبشي وأدري في تشاد، مرورًا بولايات دارفور وحتى غرب كردفان في السودان. هذا السهل الشاسع تسكنه أكثر من عشرين قبيلة مشتركة بين البلدين، ولها امتدادات اجتماعية عميقة، تعززت بالزواج والمصاهرة والنظم والتقاليد القبلية الصارمة لدى هذه المجتمعات. وفي الواقع، فإنّ التداخل القبلي والاندماج المجتمعي والتواصل الأسري الميسور بين مواطني السودان وتشاد هو حالة متفرّدة، بالنظر إلى علاقات السودان مع جميع جيرانه الآخرين. الثوابت القوية والمتعددة في العلاقة بين البلدين جعلت الأصل في العلاقة بينهما هو التعاون والتكامل والتنسيق في كل المجالات، وجعلت العداء هو الاستثناء. وباستعراض تاريخ البلدين نجد أن الدبلوماسية السودانية ظلّت دومًا ناشطة وفاعلة في تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين وفي ترسيخ السلم والأمن في تشاد، أثناء الحروب الطويلة التي شهدتها منذ استقلالها عن فرنسا في العام 1960، وحتى وصول الرئيس الراحل إدريس ديبي إلى السلطة في العام 1991، وهي أطول فترة استقرار نسبي تعيشها تشاد في تاريخها المعاصر. وقد أسهم السودان بشكل كبير في استقرار تشاد، واستضاف العديد من مؤتمرات السلام والمصالحة بين الفرقاء التشاديين. لذلك، فإنّ حالة الجفاء التي سادت العلاقات بين السودان وتشاد بسبب الحرب المفروضة على السودان، هي حالة عابرة، لأنّها تنافي ثوابت العلاقة التاريخية بين البلدين. إعلان ومن مصلحة قيادة وشعب البلدين التحلّي بالشجاعة والكياسة السياسية للعودة بالعلاقات إلى طبيعتها المسالمة، والطريق الأسهل لذلك هو العمل على تصفير المشكلات، مهما كان دافعها. تشاد ومعضلة الأمن والاستقرار يؤكد تاريخ جمهورية تشاد المعاصر أنها دولة مليئة بالاضطرابات والنزاعات والصراعات السياسية والأمنية منذ الاستقلال وحتى اليوم. يُعتبر الرئيسُ فرانسوا تمبلباي، أبا الاستقلال وأول زعيم للدولة الحديثة، لكنه لم يكن محل إجماع وطني، مما دفع القوميات الشمالية إلى الثورة. وهكذا بدأت الحرب في الدولة الوليدة منذ العام 1963 تقريبًا، واستمرت سلسلة الحروب والتمرّد والعصيان على الدولة حتى يوم الناس هذا. وتختلف الصراعات والحروب في تشاد عن نظيرتها في السودان، حيث ينحصر الصراع في السودان في إقليم معين، وغالبًا في الأطراف، ولا يكاد المواطن العادي في العاصمة والمدن الكبرى يشعر بذلك. ولم تنجح أي حركة تمرّد على الدولة في تاريخ السودان في الوصول إلى العاصمة، أو انتزاع السلطة المركزية بقوة السلاح. بالمقابل، فإن الحروب في تشاد تستهدف العاصمة مباشرة، وتنتزع السلطة في المركز بالقوة، وتقوم بإعادة بناء الدولة من جديد. هكذا فعلت حركة فرولينا بقيادة جوكوني عويدي، التي أسقطت نظام الرئيس مالوم وسيطرت على العاصمة، وحكمت تشاد بقوّة السلاح. وعلى ذات النهج سار الدكتاتور حسين حبري، الذي تمرّد على جوكوني ونظّم حرب عصابات قوية استطاعت أن تُسقط الحكومة المركزية، وتدخل بالقوّة إلى العاصمة نجامينا، وتستبيحها، وحكم حسين حبري بقوة الحديد والنار حتى أطاح به وزير دفاعه الجنرال إدريس ديبي في العام 1990 بثورة مسلّحة. إن حالة الفوضى والاضطراب السياسي المتكرر في تشاد أدّت إلى هشاشة الدولة، وضعف المؤسسات المدنية والعسكرية، وطغيان الروح القبلية، لأن كل حركة كانت تعتمد على قبائل بعينها تُشكّل العمود الفقري لقواتها. إعلان ويؤكد ذلك أنه، ومنذ استقلال تشاد عن فرنسا في العام 1960، جرت استباحة العاصمة نجامينا ثلاث مرّات، وحُلّ الجيش الوطني ثلاث مرّات، وأُعيد بناء الخدمة المدنية ثلاث مرّات على الأقل. أما النقطة الأهم، والجديرة بالنظر، فهي أنّ كل الحركات التي نجحت في انتزاع السلطة في نجامينا جاءت عن طريق شرق تشاد، أي غرب السودان. ويعلم العسكريون جيدًا أن الحدود الوحيدة التي يمكن أن تهدد الأمن والاستقرار في تشاد هي حدودها مع السودان. ويؤكد ذلك أنه طوال تاريخ تشاد المضطرب لم تسلك أي حركة عسكرية الحدود الجنوبية مع أفريقيا الوسطى، بل إن ليبيا القذافي، وفي صراعها الطويل مع تشاد، احتلت شريط أوزو، وتمدّدت في المناطق الصحراوية في شمال تشاد، ولكنها لم تنجح في الوصول إلى العاصمة. حتى هزمها وزير الدفاع حينها، إدريس ديبي، في معركة مشهورة أكدت العبقرية العسكرية لهذا القائد التشادي، وجرى القبض على الجنرال خليفة حفتر، قائد القوات الليبية، في شريط أوزو، قبل أن يُفرج عنه في صفقة معروفة. تمدّد الحركات السالبة تواجه تشاد تحديات أمنية كبيرة في منطقة حوض بحيرة تشاد، وذلك بسبب النشاط المتزايد لجماعة بوكو حرام وأخواتها من الحركات السالبة. وقد ساهمت السياسات الخاطئة التي اعتمدتها الدول المتشاطئة على البحيرة في تعظيم نفوذ هذه الجماعة الإرهابية. وبالرغم من أنّ الحركات السالبة في منطقة البحيرة وعلى امتداد الحدود بين تشاد والنيجر من جانب، وبين تشاد والكاميرون ونيجيريا من جانب آخر، تُعتبر مهددًا لكل دول منطقة الساحل، فإن تشاد تعاني أكثر من الدول الأخرى، وذلك ربما لأنّ جيشها هو الأكبر في المنطقة بعد نيجيريا، وقد قام بعمليات كبيرة ناجحة ضد هذه الجماعات، مما جعلها تستهدف تشاد بشكل أكبر. ومن شأن استمرار التوتر والحروب في ولايات دارفور، أن يشكل مهددًا أمنيًا إضافيًا لمناطق شرق تشاد المكتظة بالسكان، ومثل هذا الجو الموسوم بالانفلات الأمني يمكن أن يشجع جماعة بوكو حرام وأخواتها على التمدد إلى جبهة شرق تشاد، وحينها ستُشكل تهديدًا أكبر، لا سيما في ظل حالة السيولة الأمنية في الحدود بين تشاد وأفريقيا الوسطى، بالإضافة إلى الوجود القديم والمستمر لحركات معارضة تشادية في المناطق الصحراوية الشمالية. إعلان إن تعدد بؤر التوتر في تشاد سيؤدي إلى تشتيت جهود المؤسسات العسكرية والأمنية، مما يهدد بقاء الدولة المركزية. خيارات تجارية أكبر ومن شأن الخلاف السياسي والمشكلات المتصاعدة بين تشاد والسودان أن يحرما تشاد من تعظيم تعاونها التجاري والاقتصادي مع السودان، وهو تعاون مهم ومربح ومفيد جدًا لكلا البلدين، لكنه أكثر أهمية لتشاد لأنها دولة حبيسة. وقد شهد التعاون الاقتصادي تطورًا كبيرًا في عهد الرئيس السابق إدريس ديبي إتنو، لدرجة أنه بدأ التفكير عمليًا في إنشاء خط أنابيب ناقل للبترول التشادي عبر ميناء بورتسودان. وقام الرئيس التشادي بعدة زيارات إلى بورتسودان تشاد والسودان بشكل كبير على السودان أيضًا، ويشمل ذلك التأثير المجالَ الأمني والاقتصادي والثقافي والاجتماعي على السواء، لكنه في المقام الأول يؤثر على تمدد النفوذ السوداني نحو منطقة الساحل الأفريقي الممتدة من تشاد وحتى تخوم المحيط الأطلسي في السنغال وموريتانيا. وهذه قضية ذات بُعد إستراتيجي يجب ألا يهملها صانع القرار السياسي السوداني. معلوم أن لكل بلد نطاقًا حيويًا يؤثر فيه بشكل واضح ويُعدّ منطقة نفوذ أساسية، تخدم رؤيته ومصالحه الإستراتيجية في المنطقة. وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر، فإن الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، مهما عظم نفوذها في العالم، تعتبر أن أميركا الجنوبية هي منطقة نفوذ حيوي لها، والصين مهما تمددت لن تسمح بالمنافسة في بحر الصين الجنوبي، وكثير من الصراعات الدولية الكبيرة – كما في أوكرانيا الآن – إنما هي في المقام الأول للحفاظ على مناطق النفوذ الحيوي التي يُعدّ الحفاظ عليها جزءًا من الحفاظ على الأمن القومي. إعلان وبالنظر إلى السودان، فإن مجاله الحيوي القاري يمتد شرقًا وغربًا وليس شمالًا وجنوبًا كما يعتقد البعض. وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، فإن تشاد تمثل البوابة الأساسية لانفتاح السودان نحو نطاقه الحيوي الخصيب في غرب أفريقيا عامة ودول الساحل الأفريقي خاصة. إن التأثير الثقافي والاجتماعي للسودان على دول الساحل الأفريقي كبير جدًا وملحوظ، وله جذور تاريخية ضاربة تعود لحقبة الحضارة النوبية ساعد في ظهور حركات سالبة عابرة للحدود، وتطورت الجريمة المنظمة، وأصبحت تجارة الأسلحة غير المشروعة وتهريب البشر والجماعات المسلحة المستعدة لبيع بندقيتها لمن يدفع، ظاهرة بارزة في المنطقة. وربما لم يكن المواطن السوداني البسيط في قرى ولاية الجزيرة يتوقع يومًا أن هذه الجماعات البعيدة جغرافيًا عنه، يمكن أن تصبح مهددًا حقيقيًا لأمنه، وتُصوّب بندقيتها المأجورة لإخراجه من داره والسيطرة على ماله وممتلكاته. لقد كان هناك قادة عظام في كل من تشاد والسودان أدركوا أهمية، بل قدسية، علاقات حسن الجوار بين بلديهما وشعبيهما، من أمثال فرانسوا تمبلباي، وإدريس ديبي، وجعفر نميري، وعمر البشير، كانوا يتغاضون عن الخلافات واحدة من أهم مبادرات التعاون الأمني والعسكري بين البلدين، وقد أتاحت الحدود الآمنة سهولة انسياب حركة البضائع والبشر، وعزّزت التعاون المشترك بشكل غير مسبوق. وفي هذه المرحلة الحرجة التي تمرّ بها علاقات البلدين، فإن الثوابت المشتركة والعميقة بينهما كفيلة بفتح آفاق جديدة، أكبر وأوثق، للتعاون والشراكة وحسن الجوار، يبدأ ذلك بتصفير المشكلات العالقة. وهذا ليس عسيرًا إذا توفرت الإرادة السياسية، والابتعاد عن الاعتماد على الخارج، لأن قبول أجندة الخارج له ثمن، وربما يكون صعبًا ومكلفًا. الآراء الواردة في المقال لا تعكس بالضرورة الموقف التحريري لشبكة الجزيرة.

The TV adaptation of the video game Twisted Metal is coming back for a second season on July 31. Just like the first season, this won’t be a weekly release. All of the episodes will be available on Peacock on that date. The first season was surprisingly decent, and occasionally hilarious. One thing we didn’t see in that batch of episodes, however, was the titular tournament. The show is rectifying that, as the second season looks to revolve entirely around the Twisted Metal demolition derby. Co-leads Anthony Mackie and Stephanie Beatriz are both returning. Will Arnett will also once again voice the killer clown Sweet Tooth. Anthony Carrigan, from the HBO show Barry, is on deck as the iconic derby host Calypso. The show’s creators include folks from Cobra Kai and the Deadpool film franchise. Like I said up top, the first season was surprisingly fun. It’s a fast-paced action-comedy set in a post-apocalyptic version of the US. It’s more goofy than grimdark, so think Fallout and not The Last of Us. Twisted Metal joins other modern TV adaptations of video games, like Knuckles, The Last of Us, Arcane and Castlevania: Nocturne. Video game adaptations have also been ruling the box office these past few years, with A Minecraft Movie and The Super Mario Bros.
