That means keeping some good accounting software on hand, and is there anything better than QuickBooks for the job? Intuit QuickBooks is an all-in-one accounting tool that actually just went on sale. There’s no ongoing cost, no data tracking, and no waiting on a cloud connection to get your numbers. You pay once, and it’s yours for life. And if you’re upgrading from an older version, just ensure your files are compatible.  It’s only $249.99 to get an Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus Lifetime License for one user, but it won’t stay that way.  StackSocial prices subject to change.  Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 (1 User) for Windows: Lifetime License – $249.99 See Deal What makes this deal special QuickBooks is an accounting staple, but it’s often too expensive for small businesses or freelancers to use. PS5 Price Increased in the UK, Europe and Other Markets, Sony Cites 'Challenging Economic Environment'
Photo Credit: Reuters PS5 Digital Edition prices have been hiked in the UK and Europe Highlights PS5 price hike come after widespread tariffs announced by the US Sony has also increased PS Plus prices in over 20 countries PS5 disc drive prices have been reduced Advertisement Sony is increasing the price of the PlayStation 5 in select markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Australia, and New Zealand, the company announced Sunday. The PlayStation parent cited “challenging economic environment” as the reason for the price hike of its console. No price increase has been announced for the Indian market for now. The decision comes after US president Donald Trump imposed widespread tariffs on the country's imports, that is expected to impact prices of gaming consoles globally.PS5 Price HikePS5 prices in key markets of Europe, EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand will go up starting April 14. In the UK and Europe, Sony has raised the price of the PS5 Digital Edition, while pricing for the standard PS5 with Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive has not changed. In Europe, PS5 Digital Edition price has gone up from EUR 449.99 to EUR 499.99 — an increase of EUR 50. In the UK, PS5 Digital Edition now costs GBP 429.99, up from GBP 389.99.In Australia, the PS5 Physical Edition now costs AUD 829.95, up from AUD 799.95, while the price of the Digital Edition has been hiked to AUD 749.95 from AUD 649.95. In the neighbouring New Zealand, the standard PS5 now costs NZD 949.95, while the pricing for the digital edition console has been hiked up to NZD 859.95.Sony called the decision to raise prices of PS5 “tough” and said high inflation and fluctuating exchange rates led it to raise the recommended retail price for the console. Prices for PS5 Pro have not been increased. It's also worth noting that prices for the PS5 disc drive have gone down in the same markets, now costing EUR 79.99 and GBP 69.99 in Europe and the UK, respectively. Sony also said that select other markets in EMEA may also receive a price hike for the PS5 console. The price hikes come after Bloomberg research said that both PS5 and the newly unveiled Nintendo Switch 2 would likely get costlier in the aftermath of Trump tariffs. Pricing for the PS5 in the US, however, has not been increased yet.Last week, Sony also announced it was increasing the price of the PlayStation Plus subscription service in over 20 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Latin American market. The PS Plus price hike will not take effect until users' next billing date that occurs on or after June 24, Sony said. Any membership changes made on or after April 16, however, will reflect the increased prices.“Like many businesses around the world, we continue to be impacted by global market conditions and will be adjusting our local prices for PlayStation Plus. This price adjustment will enable us to continue bringing high-quality games and value-added benefits to your PlayStation Plus subscription service,” Sony said in a PlayStation Blog post last week. It's obvious why we didn't really get that in the game, but I think for the show you can easily show some of Tommy's activities in Seattle from his point of view. Also, if we're assuming they end if at the theater, I do wonder if there's a possibility that we do get the Abby vs Ellie fight already. Ending the season with Abby threatening to shoot Ellie is okay, but I think ending it with Tommy "dead" and Ellie & Dina beaten up could be a great way to end it too.  Mzo Member Nov 30, 2017 1,397 I'm interested to see if they decide to still go with towering wooden structures creating narrow bridges between skyscrapers. It was such a leap for me when I saw it in game, I can't imagine most people will be like yeah, they made those sure.   Zebesian-X Member Dec 3, 2018 24,835 The Last of Us season 2 has one of the best TV episodes of the century so far — and the rest is pretty good too HBO's prestige mushroom-zombie show picks up five years after Joel's massacre in Salt Lake City. But does its second season live up to the GOAT status of the first? www.gq-magazine.co.uk GQ hyping the fuck out of Mark Mylod's episode, comparing it to a GoT Battle Episode (not really spoilers, but marked for anyone that wants to go in totally blind): Without crossing too many red spoiler lines, it is early in the season that Jackson finds itself under threat. What follows is an episode long extended set-piece in which the town is assaulted by the horde — towering bloaters, runners, clickers, you name it — evoking the biggest, most visceral and goriest battles from the peak of HBO's flagship fantasy series. Explosive barrels, flamethrowers, clicker-hungry dogs and enough ammunition to arm a small state are deployed in defence of the settlement; it's the sort of bicep-flexing episode you watch and think, "Ah, so this is where half of the budget went". Not that it's all about the flashy effects and violence. The episode has clear emotional stakes, and you care about the outcomes for almost all involved — even the peripheral characters we might've only momentarily glimpsed in prior scenes. The actors across the ensemble put in series-best work, with masterful direction from Succession's Mark Mylod, who deftly weaves together the episode's most emotional and action-heavy beats. Altogether, it's the certain Emmy play — sure to go down as a TV all-timer, and waxed poetic about in the same way as season one standout "Long, Long Time". Unless we do some of the full flashback stuff all in Ep1, there's not that much that happens to really justify pushing it all off until the end of Episode 2. And then they wouldn't leave until a bit into Episode 3? Well, I trust them to know what they're doing, of course.   ket Member Jul 27, 2018 14,751 Ashes of Dreams said: Hmm, so people think it's happening at the end of Episode 2? But basically every review I skimmed had some sort of "if you know you know" winking moment.   Aiqops Uncle Works at Nintendo Member Aug 3, 2021 18,842 So excited, but will have to wait till monday after work to be able to watch it.🥲 Thankfully next week is easter holiday on monday.  Bucca Member Oct 25, 2017 4,900 Joel dying is the inciting action for Ellie to put the whole story into motion. It will not be a late season/finale episode.  Walpurgisnacht Member May 7, 2020 1,543 If no one has posted - a couple of clips from Season 2 are available online. At the end of the interview with Jimmy Fallon. One featuring Ellie and Tommy Should go without saying but don't click if you don't want it spoiled, there's only one day left.  Last edited: Yesterday at 1:57 AM luca Member Oct 25, 2017 19,186 RTÉ Radio 1 also dropped an audio file of Dina and Joel talking in episode one. I didn't like their conversation, the writing, dialogue or delivery but maybe it works better on screen and in context.   Walpurgisnacht Member May 7, 2020 1,543 luca said: RTÉ Radio 1 also dropped an audio file of Dina and Joel talking in episode one. Joel asking Dina "but... what did I do?" didn't sit right with me, especially if this is after they've been estranged for a while. He knows what he did by that point in the story and he's just giving her space. I'll have to wait for the context for that, though.   Leeness Member Oct 27, 2017 10,404 Gonna wait a bit and sub to Crave in May, I think. So I'll be a few episodes behind, but looking forward to this, plus reactions to The Episode. 🥰   ceej Member Mar 9, 2021 5,384 Reno, Nv. Just a reminder that Owen fucking sucks.

Cyberpunk 2077 Looks and Runs Much Better on Nintendo Switch 2 Than Steam Deck, New Footage Confirms
New Cyberpunk 2077 Nintendo Switch 2 footage was shared online, providing a better look at how the demanding open-world by CD Projekt Red runs and looks on the next-generation Nintendo system in handheld mode. The footage, which was shared on YouTube by Deck Wizard, shows the game running on the system in Performance Mode, which targets 40 FPS. While there are some visible frame rate drops at times, which are likely to be addressed in the launch version, the game really seems to run great on Nintendo Switch 2 while also sporting great image quality, showing how the Nintendo system is more than capable of delivering a better experience than what can be achieved on Steam Deck. Cyberpunk 2077 launches on Nintendo Switch as the Ultimate Edition, which includes the base game as well as the Phantom Liberty expansion. The retail version of the game will also be playable without any additional download, as both the base game and expansion are included in the 64 GB big cart the game will ship onto. Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition launches on June 5th on Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide. The game is also available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One. The Phantom Liberty expansion, however, is only available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Products mentioned Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition USD 59.99 Buy from Amazon Deal of the Day
